ima soccer player and im really athletic and in shape 15/f by the way
anywho I have a pretty good body(like muscle/toned wise) and I tore abunch of ligaments in my ankle so I havnt been able to run or walk cause im on crutches
anyway I was wondering if there are exercises that I can do to keep up my leg strength and core strength, where I dont have to run

ductape_n_roses answered Tuesday July 24 2007, 11:20 am: You can definitely do modified push ups [On your knees and not your feet], crunches, curl ups, pull ups, flex arm hang. Various ab exercises, most of which are laying down with out the use of ankles lol. I'm not sure about leg strength. But you should take it easy on your ankle/leg until it's completely healed =)
