Rite as a training dance teacher i know how bad it is when you hurt your foot. What you need to do is sit on the floor or lay on your bed and lift your leg up and down for about 5/10 minutes. After doing this put some easy pressure onto the injured ankle not to hard, keep doing this every day and your ankle will be back to normal. I hope i have helped you out.

You can definitely do modified push ups [On your knees and not your feet], crunches, curl ups, pull ups, flex arm hang. Various ab exercises, most of which are laying down with out the use of ankles lol. I'm not sure about leg strength. But you should take it easy on your ankle/leg until it's completely healed =)

Good luck =)
