so i'm thinking weight loss. so i'm thinking on loose 10 - 15lbs by the time school starts.
i'm 145lbs right now and 5'4. i want to weigh at least 130. or just fit into a size 7 by the end of August.
is it possible?
i already got the eating thing down straight.
i just need to know some good excersises. and how often i should use them for.

well yeah there is> but there are natural sugars that are in fruits (eat alot of those)>give up soda and start drinking more diet sodas,tea, and of course water.The whole point is to give up empty calories(calories that do nothing for your body)another tip is dont count calories just make sure you dont eat after 7:00pm and that what you are eatting is heathy! ]
You are a little overweight for your height, not to be mean. The ideal weight for your height is around 130 pounds. I would try jogging, starting at 1 mile, and continuing for a few days, or until you feel comfortable, and then up it to 2 miles, then 3, and so on. Running is the best way to lose weight, along with healthy eating. The best way to eat healthy is, when going grocery shopping, stay out of the aisles and only buy things that are outside of the aisles, where the dairy products, fruit and vegetables, .etc are. These foods are not processed, so they are healthy for you.

To loose weight do cardio. Which is pretty much whatever gets your heart pumping. Jogging is nice but it tires me out so I love to bike ride. It's easy and you can do it forever. If you go on a 30 minute, moderate speed, bike ride 2 times a day that is great. ]
