I dont know which to pick
ok tomorro night my dad and i are going out for a steak dinner and maybe some shopping. My friend tutored me for free a few times, which was really nice of her. My mom suggested me taking her tomorro.. my dad said he didnt mind even though he did mention he'd rather it be just the two of us. What should i choose to do?

Well it all depends...If you and your dad barely ever see each other or maybe you do and just dont spend time together it should be just you and him but if you and him see each other quite a bit and spend quite a bit of time together bring along your friend...

even though your friend has been very nice to tutor you for free..i think its still very important that you spend time with your dad,i mean i think your dads feelings might be hurt. I think if i was you.. i would take my dad out for this steak dinner and then reward my tutor friend with something else. hope i helped =)

well if i were in your place i would think which one is better...your friend at dinner then shopping..or your dad which is kind of a once in a life time thing...kind of..which you can go shopping and out to eat with the friend that tutored you any time...its really your decion(sp)i know i cant spell

I would go out to dinner with your dad, just the 2 of you. Then maybe a few days later or whenever, do something with your friend or both your friend and your dad. That way you can do both, and still spend time with your dad. Good luck!

i would just take your friends another time bc it sounds like your dad wants you 2 to spend some time together! you can always repay her another time for being so nice, and i think that your dad would like it better just being yall!

I think you should not invite her to go out with your father, it's time alone with your parent, and you don't know how long they'll be alive. But, to make it fair to your tutor, you should invite her to a movie or something after your night with your father.

Hi! I think you should go with your dad alone. Explain to your mom that your want to spend some quality time with your dad. Then take your friend out a different night. Im sure your mom means well for suggesting it, but its not going to hurt anyone by putting off a date with your friend for a few days. Hope my advice helps!

HeY! If it's your dad thats taking you, then it's his decision. If he would rather have it be just you two, then you two should do that tomorrow and then invite your friend somewhere next weekend or something like that. Maybe she would like it better too if it was just you and hEr!

Since you already made plans w/ your dad, it would probably be better to keep it to just you two, especially if you don't get to spend that much time w/ him. But that was really nice of your friend to tutor you so maybe you can invite her to do something with you another time. Explain your plan to your mom and hopefully she'll understand. Good luck:)

I think you should just go w.your dad. If you have a friend there it'll be kinda hard to divide your attention and it'll be boring for either your friend or your dad. Instead of having her come with you guys tomorow, pick another day on a weekend to go out to dinner and then have her sleepover or go bowling or shopping or smthn so it's fun for her and she doesn't feel like shes just tagging along, but you actually planned smthn special to thank her for tutoring you

If you father mentioned that he wanted only you and him to go out with him, then you should just go out with him by yourself, without your friend. Even though your mother suggested taking her, there is always another time to do that. Just make your dad happy and just go out with him, without your friend. Hope I helped :)

I think you should go alone with just your dad. Family is Family, and it's not very often that we teenage girls get to bond with one of our parents because we always hang out with our friends 90 percent of the time. So I say go with your dad and have fun. Then plan something with your friend the next day or during that week. :)

well if yuu never really see your dad i would just qo with him .. but if yuu see him a lot, it would be nice to take your friend alonq .. but if yuu just want to be with your dad , there is always tomorrow for your friend .. hope that helps ! have fun .
