I'm Sarah I'm 17years-old. I have been through alot of stuff with my friends, family, and guys. There is nothing really I can't answer my parents got divorced when i was young they both remarried. I have 2 sisters & 2 brothers, my dad had my sisters with my step-mom. My mom is my favorite person in the entire world, she is the only person I look up to. Okay I know this is a really stupid question but if you don't like it then don't bother answering it.
So I'm turning 16 in a couple of months. I've never had a surprise party before and I've always wanted one. Idk, I just think it'd be cool to come home one day and randomly have a bunch of people there for my brithday. Now I've thrown surprise parties for my friends before, and (here comes the stupid question) I'd really like a surprise party... how can I, like, tell my friends I want a surprise party without actually saying that I do? I'd gladly throw one of them a surprise party, and this year I'd really like a surprise party myself, but I don't think that they know that.
So how can I casually mention that I want a surprise party without actually telling them I want one? Or should I actually tell them I want one? I'm confused. Hahaha. Thanks for answering this question.

You could hint around how you have never had a surprise party before and you think that it would be cool to have one sometime. If they don't catch on to that casually bring up your birthday and say that you don't think that you want a party maybe tey will trow you one anyways...

Hi, in my college, I sometimes notice a girl roaming here and there with her friends. I don't know what her name is. Neither do I know which stream of course she treads on. But, I extremely like her. Here in India for the girls who are kinda innocent and shy, a guy dating them seems very rude to them. Now what I need to know is, only to manage myself in a good and innocent way so that I seem very cute to her. I want her to be my Girl Friend. I've had no other girlfriend yet. How to propose or date her??? Answer me after doing a bunch of research by asking your girl fellows and yourself in this regard.

Talk to her and get to know her. Don't rush in to things with her, if you guys are good friends it won't seem weird asking her out. Find out what she has to say about dating and guys, find out if she thinks it is rude. Be polite but also be your self, girls like guys that be them self not guys that put on a show..trust me. explain how you feel about the whole dating thing how you don't want to seem rude by asking her out but you really like her.

I've heard all this talk about not turning the volume up too much on your iPod headphones, or it will damage your ears. How loud is too loud?

You have to be the judge of how loud is too loud. If you take it out of your ears and you can hear every word clearly thent that too loud. The ipod is loud anyways, with an ipod since it is pretty loud I would only turn it up half way. But you ahve to judge wether you think it is going to damage your ear drumbs or not.

Me and my boyfriend have not gone "all the way" but close to it, but im afraid somethings gone wrong. im usualy irregual but if i go off the last time i had my period...im 5 days late...i am usualy late but i usually have sever cramps the days leading up to it so i know its comming. now i just have like 1 cramp a day. is this normal or is something wrong...could i even be pregnant?

You shouldn't be pregnant but if he got cum on you down there there is a chance that you could get pregnant. It is not very likely that you could be. There is many reasons that you could miss your period, not eat well, stress. If you are freaking ou thinking that you might be pregnant then the stress could be delaying it. If your period doesn't come in a week and half more if I were you I would get a pregnacey test just to be safe.
Also a way to make sure your periods are regular you could see a doctor about going on the pill.

It's is true that some birth control makes you lose weight, I'm not sure what some kinds are. It depends on the person mostly weither you gain or lose weight. Your best bet to find a birth control that will help you lose weight is to ask your doctor.

1 gb hold like 100-200 songs, 2gb holds 350-400, 4gb holds like 600-650. I'm pretty sure the old ones only come in 1 or 2gb ...

Ok im a fifteen year old male. I thought my best friend hacked my myspace and i blamed it on him. When really it was my mother. I dont know how she did it. She read all my personal blogs. She brings me to counseling now which I dont need. Because I said in there Im manic depressive. I know I am Ive been diagnosed by a retired doctor that my mother didnt know I was seeing because he was related to one of my good friends. What do I tell the counselor? she keeps asking me whats going on why didnt you tell your mom this. Im a very private kid and i dont like to discuss things with my mom. what do i do? My mother deleted all my 984 friends. Including my best friend which is austin. I think shes jealous I have friends. She doesnt like austin. He's a great person too.

If you are diagnosed with manic depression you hsould have told your mother. How is she suppose help you. The only reason that she is checking up on you is because she is worried about you. You may be a private person but something like that you shouldn't keep from her. If your mother cares enough to take you to conseling go and just tell her how you are feeling and why you didn't think you should tell your mother that. all the conselor will ask if what happened that you felt this way and stuff. Your mom probly deleted your friends because she was worrried and didn't know if your friends were the ones who were influencing to not talk to her and things like that. Let your mom get to know your friend and know that he is a good kid. Your mom most likely didn't delet your friends because of jealousy, she probly doesn't want you talking to strangers or some thing...

Just be yourself don't pretend to be somebody else just to get noticed. You should talk to both of the guys, find something you have in common with them and grow on that. For a class you may have together sit by him and talk to him about the class. Eventually you guys will start talking more and more. If you talk to them both you will discover which one you like more and go for him. Most girls act really loud when trying to get guys to notice them... thats the worst thing that you can do just be yourself.

I was just watching the new episode of the hills and heidi gives spencer a second chance to proove himself and to build a trust. shes been going out with him for more than a few months..well

ive been going with my boyfriend for 5 months and hes been flirting with my ex best friend (from middle school) for about 2 months and me and her just became friends again, so she decided to tell me that hes a scum bag. so then i caught him flirting with this girl in school whos know for being 'easy'. and he denies he said anything sexual, but she even told me he was saying that he wants to see her on girls gone wild and for her to strip for him. I really really love him, but watching the hills made me see me and heidi are in the same prediciment, *except her boyfriend you can tell is a scumbag, my boyfriend is really nice...* but she gave him a second chance, but i want to know, should i give him a second chance. we've been not together for 2 weeks, and he really wants to get back with me, espiecally before feb. vacation...Should i give him another chance, or should i go on and find another boyfriend, maybe not as nice or cute, but one that doesnt flirt with others...I'm sooo confused!

I think you should find somebody else it is so not worth it. He was going out with you and flirting with you ex-best friend and other girls, you don't know how manyother ones there is. This guy sounds like a player, he's not worth your friendship with your friend. Don't take him back, if you let him walk all over you then he's going to continue doing it and come back to you when the time is right with him. Spend your feb. vacay. with your friends... you never know you could find someone new.

I am a high school freshman, female, 14yrs old. I recenetly decided to take summer school classes and cram my senior year of high school into my junior year, so I will only have three years of high school instead of the usual four. Do you think this is a bad idea? I mean, I will never be a senior (no senior prom, which I can live without) and everyone says high school is the best part of anyone's life but i really do not like my high school and how do I know I will like college better? If you think that it is a good idea, to go through quicker the power to you. It's good that you are preparing for the future. It's a very good idea to prepare for the future. But are you going to put to much work on your shoulders. Trust me highschool is hard enough with out putting 4 years of school into 3. With all that work you are not going to have time for your friends. All my friends who graduated say that the prom was there favorite part of highschool. You may not care right now about prom, but in the future I am sure you are going to look back and regret missing you senior year.
Beside the whole prom thing and missing senior year it is a good idea if you can handle the work load. Just think you are in grade 9 am I right, you may not think it's hard now but in the future like grade 11 you will most likely change your mind. But if you think you can handle it I say the power to you it's a smart thing to do if you can handle it.

okay so i have had a period for a little over a year now and ive only had 4 or 5 periods.im on it now and the last time i had one was augest. it runs in my family for this to happen but its never been this bad for my mom or grandma. my periods get REALLY REALLY heavy i mean i have to change every hour to HALF hour!!! its crazy and my cramps are really bad too. i usually dont get periods for about 3-5 months. and when i do get them there really bad. my mom doesnt really have the money to take me to a doctor but shes going to hopefully sometime this week but i was just wondering why am i like this? i know its not THAT unusual for people. what can i do?

For cramps you should get midol(it's only like 8-10 dollars at any pharamcy). Like the person below said some people just get their period a couple times in the first year or two. It's perfectly natural. Somepeople have naturally heavy periods. The only thing that birth control will do for your period is is regualte it. Your best bet for cramps is midol it works. You could also talk to a pharmasist for other things for cramps. hope I helped

I have no idea if I have self confidence or not. Like I usually act like it.. I mean, I like myself and stuff.. atleast I believe so. But then sometimes like in school and stuff its kinda like.. its a fake confidence. Its kinda hard to describe it, but its like im acting like I have it, when I'm like kinda shy or not have alot of confidence at times. But im not usually shy, unless im uncomfortable in the situation or with the people im around and stuff. how can i overcome this? You have to be reasuring of your self, tell your self that you look good and if anybody says any different that they are jealous. Many people have issues with their self-esteem, I am one of them. I always tell myself before people can have confidence in me I have to have confidence in myself. That is true how do you expect someone to trust your decsions if you don't. It's okay to have a "fake" confidence, people like to see people who are confident in them selfs, and after awhile people will grow to that "fake" confidence and start giving you compliments. That will bring up your self-esteem. Trust me be confident in yourself and other people will see it.
Most people find it hard to open up and talk to new people it's not an easy thing. A good way to meet people is through your friends and their freinds. Don't be shy when you meet new people because the chances are they are going to wait for you to talk to them. Thats how most people are.

i have been out of school for 2 weeks and will be out about another week because of medical problems . i really want to be homeschooled , but my dad threatened my mom saying that if she doesnt keep me in a public school then he will take her to court and get custody of me . so do you think my mom can go on and homeschool me or do you think my dad would be able to really take her to court and get me ?

It's your mothers decision to homeschool you. Your dad can take her to court, but as long as your mom can do a good raising you there is npot a very good chance of him winning. The courts usually lean towards the mother, if she is capable of raising you. If you are above a certain age group and you want to be homeschooled and your mom agrees with it there is no reason that he should get custody over that.

My friend Megan one day randomly asked me to go out with her brother, Chris, who I'd never met. I said no, of course. "Too bad! I already asked him!" she told me. Then about a week later I actually did get to meet him on a school field trip. We spent a lot of time together & flirting like crazy, even holding hands a few times while we were ice skating and trying not to fall. You guys have to talk about it, and talk to megan if she cares tell her that you want to know. Tell her if it bothers her then you won't date him if thats what you wan to do. Talk to her brother and see if he is actually interested. make sure that he is not just in it for a fling, if he says that he's not interested tellhim thats kool, and don't mention anything to megan. But if he wants to date you the right thing to do is ask her and tell her you want to know the truth. Tell him that when you said you didn't like him was before you got to know him, and you actually like him.

i just got blubster and i google searched this too. but how can you put songs from blubster to your iPod ?

You have to put the music in a seprate folder and upload the folder into i-tunes then plug in your ipod. The music should transfer onto your ipod when it updates.

Iam afraid to bring him becouse they are racist and one of my racist cousins spread a nasty rumor about him to all of my family members she told them that he was black but that's not the rumor she spread a horrible rumor about him being a woman beater and i know this isn't true becouse i've asked all of his ex girlfriends if he ever beat on them and they all said it was a lie and they said it was perfectally safe for me to date them but she went and told everybody in my whole family that he was a woman beater even though he's not and now my family can't stand him so i don't have a chance for them to like him and i already had to dump him once already this is the second time i've gone out with him and i really don't want to have to break up with him again what should i do about that?Iam sorry i didn't put that in the question before i forgot.

If your cousin is spreading rumors about him then they don't respect you. They may think that he is not good enough for you. Let them get to know him and how he is like. Tell them if they care about you as mucha as they say they do the they will get to know him and not judge him. You could also talk to your boyfriend and see how he feels about the situation. It should be your decsion who you date and not your cousins. If you don't want to have him at the dance because of your family then why don't you have him go to the movies with you instead. There is plent of thing that you could do instead of going to the dance.

So, not this weekend, but next weekend is the almighty shredfest. It's a local show with a bunch of local bands, and they're all really good. It's in Panama City which is about 45 minutes from where I live. My mom doesn't like me going out there. Last time I did, I ended up lying and doing a bunch of bad stuff. It's been a few months since then. But, anyways, back to shredfest. See, that weekend my parents are going out of town for mardi gras. I was gonna go, but then I remembered its the weekend of shredfest. My mom said I can stay at a friend's house that weekend. But, I was'nt even planning on telling her about shredfest. I was gonna just say I was going to the mall or something, thens pending the night at a friends. Now, I might be able to spend the night at my friend Kylie's, but her parents are strict, and I'm afraid my mom will talk to them, and they'll tell her about shredfest. I don't know if I should take my chances, and ask her, or if I should lie, and just risk it.

If taking your chances are worth losing your parents trust over I say go for it. But if you don't want to get in trouble then don't. Ask your mom if you can go and if she says no then it's a no. If they say no then don't go or sneak. You have to consider weither or not you want to get in alot of trouble. If I were you I wouldnt go if your parents sya no. Go to mardi gras with your parents it could be alot of fun.

You should deffintly bring your boyfriend, if your family says anything they obviously don't have respect for you and your decsions. It's is up to you who you date and your family should respect that. Being black is not different then white, there is no reason that you should not be able to date him because of his skin color. I went through the same thing basically, I brought him around and my family respected my decsion, yours should too.
