emm, well it works pretty much all of your lower muscles.. your bum and and your stomach....
doesnt do a whole lot for your upper body.. and sit even strengthens the muscles in your back and gives u better posture..

I am definately not asking for someone to do my homework. I just need some ideas. I need to find a topic for an Argumentative Essay. Basically it's a PRO/CON thing & we pick a side. Everyone is doing the basic Smoking, Alcohol, Poverty, Abortion, Crime, Gay Marriage, Woman's Rights, etc. I do not want to do something like that. I want something that's interesting, not too difficult to find sources [we do not need them] & not too general that everyone will pick it. Any ideas? best thing to do is think of something that can relate to you.. something u really believe in or dis agree with because the most important part of a essay is being able to see the readed through the writing.. being able to see theyre personality.. thats what makes a essay real and fantastic

okay so there's this guy i really like, we're pretty good friends. his friend and i went out for a while.. but we broke up... there was NO chemistry. so then me and the guy i really like, we'll call him nick, did some... *ahem* type stuff... but then we had a date planed, he stood me up, and ever since then it's been kinda akward with us. but latly he's been majorly hitting on me one day, and the next he'll completely ignore me... i can't understand him. And then yesterday i asked him to sign my year book and he's like "i'm not gonna sign your s**t." and since i was in a bad mood cuz of family problems i was like "okay whatever, f***ing prick." Then today he was really sweet, he did all his little i like you type things... but it's like i never know what to expect, ya know? so i'm just wondering what to think... i'm soo lost... can anyone give me a little advice on what to do? sorry this question's sooo long. so obviously this guy doesnt kno what he wants.. he wants you but he isnt sure... id just tell him where to go i kno its hard.. but he seems like hes gonna use you. it happened to me before.. and i stayed ther and put up with it for a long time. hopeing he would cahnge.. but he never did so i had to stand up for myself... and i just walked away.. and now when he looks at me.. he knos that thats the girl he can never have.. because i kno what a asshole he is... so thats what u should do not only will u feel better about yourself but you'll let him see that you cant do that 2 u..

Em. well for me. yes it did. im not gonan lie. lol. it didnt hurt a lot. it was actually just more uncomfortable.. whats best to do is actually finger yourself first.. and well actually the more comfortable you are and aroused the better it will be.. if you are nervous your mucles will tighten up and it will make it harder to get access in.. So close your eyes and jsut think about sexy stuff lol stuff that turns you on.

I'm 14 and weigh like 115-120 and idk i just feel fat. and idk why i feel fat. I dont eat supper of breakfast usually. just llunch at school so people dont think that i am starving myself. but i almost want to for how bad i feel. and what is something i can do to fix my butt. like one side is bigger than the other! kinda freaky! but if you can help me by telling me why i feel like this and a safe way to make me feel better about myself that would be just dandy! thanks (link)

Hey girl, i think we all go through the phase of thinking were fat and that our bodies or butts are abnormal. But not eating isnt the way to go. And the best meal you can eat is breakfast. and juse eat small portions. like you can eat 5 times a day just small portions! Also another idea would b to start excercising like say just going for a walk or run in the daytime for an hour. also walking is very good for the muscles in your bum! which will make them stronger and you are on your way to a bum of steel! (boys love bums of steel ;) ) so listen dont go worrying bout being fat! and if you find yourself not eating and thinking your fat again you shiuld tell someone because it may seem like you have it under control at first but it could slip away...

If you love a guy every flaw about him you dont notice.. if he wears funny lcothes you think hes gorgeous. sometimes people get love mixed up with the fascination of being with someone and having someone there to turn to! Now if this guy is with someone else i advise you to run away! if he has been leading you on. like going out with you, breaking up with you.. etcc.... than i wold run AWAY! you do not want to get mixed up in a guy, who you are gonig to fall for and hes going to hurt you. Im a virgin, she is not. I can say that within the next month or so we will become sexually active. She is on birth control and I am not thrilled, but willing to use a condom,

OK first off yes you should ask her.. BUT do not ask her how many partners shes been with. This may make her feel weirdly! its a private question. you can ask her has she had unprotected sex and was she checked.. And tell her you just want to kno for safety if she has any.. and tell her you love her.. you just want to be safe. she should understand if you are ready to have sex with her you should b close enough to talk about personal things

tonight i went to a friend's house for a little while, and my mom couldn't find the house to come pick me up even though i kept telling her how to get there. she kept yelling at me and when she finally got there, she started screaming at me more. when i got in the car she started flipping out telling me i couldn't do this anymore, and i was like "yup." and she turned around and hit me for basically agreeing with her. i didn't even do anything wrong but of course, everything i do is forbidden & dumb.

OK, first off you need to calm down. Ok now this same situation has happened to me. but im not sure to the extent of the "her hitting you" Like was it hard or just a lil smack cuz she was pissed.. because if it was a small smack.. she probably just did it out of anger.. (UNLESS she is always hitting you).. Parents have a lot of things to worry about in the run of a day. and sometimes we just dont notice how much exactly she has to do! and you saying your going to call the police probably makes her more angry.. and you wanting to run away, because she loves you and you are her little girl. What you need to do is go talk this over with your mother and tell her how u feel. If she is really hurting you and hitting you and you are scared go to the police. but remember if it isnt this serious! she is your mother and remember that she just loves you

well it hurts a bit. i didnt find it hurt that much. kinda just uncomfortable.. you should probably try foreplay first such as fingering and having your guy go down on you. first things first make sure you are very comfortable with your vagina and having a guy touch it and things like that. and make sure you trust him. you may bleed a bit b cuz its your first time and your hymen(cherry) may break depending upon the oenis size. and u could have already had it broken such as when riding a horse or a rough fall even. being on top also is best for virgins. And the first time dont expect a great deal of pleasure because it usually takes a few times before itfits good and everything. but if your ready than good luck

Ok, I went through sort of the same thing. Im 18 now but when i was 16 my b/f was 18 and he wanted to have sex. so we did. only problem was that i was a virgin and it didnt fit and it hurt me to much. The thing you have to understand is. if your a small girl and he has a large penis its probably not gonna go in to smoothly. and its better if you get on top. and the pain really isnt that bad. your cherry (hymen) will usually break and you will bleed. nothing to worry about tho. although you should inform your b/f incase he doesnt kno this. and make sure to use condoms. even if he doesnt want to because even tho you may b on birth control you have to worry bout sti's and possible failing of birth control method. you dont want a baby at 15.. so anyhow good luck. and make sure your ready .. and you love him and he loves you. and if hes pressuring you and you think he;ll leave you if you dont have sex . than dont.. **** him. you'll find better. and your first time should b special. it means a lot down the road.!
