This could get a bit complicated!
My friend Megan one day randomly asked me to go out with her brother, Chris, who I'd never met. I said no, of course. "Too bad! I already asked him!" she told me. Then about a week later I actually did get to meet him on a school field trip. We spent a lot of time together & flirting like crazy, even holding hands a few times while we were ice skating and trying not to fall. So I started to really like him and when I told Megan she's like, "ewwww". She said it was just a joke when she asked me to go out with him. But apparently she really had asked him if he'd go out with me. So now I finally got it explained to him that I didn't like him & that his sister was full of crap. The problem is, now that I HAVE met him, I do like him! A lot! But how can I ask him out NOW? Besides, I don't know if he's REALLY into me or if he was just flirting back because it was a crazy fling type thing. Somebody's gotta help me! I'm too naive to know what to do on my own! And just so's u know, Megan claims she doesn't care if I go out with him. But what if she's lying & it would bother her? Please gimme some advice!

if megan was your real frend she wudnt care tht you wud go out with her brother bc she wud understand youd like him..if she wud get upset you shudnt care bc tehn shes not worth it and she sounds like a bad frend annyways

hey, well you have to just basically explain to him what your explaing to us. megan shouldnt have a problem and if she was lying to you then its her own fault. give her the heads up that you like him and that your going to see him if things work out.

You guys have to talk about it, and talk to megan if she cares tell her that you want to know. Tell her if it bothers her then you won't date him if thats what you wan to do. Talk to her brother and see if he is actually interested. make sure that he is not just in it for a fling, if he says that he's not interested tellhim thats kool, and don't mention anything to megan. But if he wants to date you the right thing to do is ask her and tell her you want to know the truth. Tell him that when you said you didn't like him was before you got to know him, and you actually like him.
