Is it possible to miss your period and not be pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend have not gone "all the way" but close to it, but im afraid somethings gone wrong. im usualy irregual but if i go off the last time i had my period...im 5 days late...i am usualy late but i usually have sever cramps the days leading up to it so i know its comming. now i just have like 1 cramp a day. is this normal or is something wrong...could i even be pregnant?

It is not very likely that you could be. There is many reasons that you could miss your period, not eat well, stress. If you are freaking ou thinking that you might be pregnant then the stress could be delaying it. If your period doesn't come in a week and half more if I were you I would get a pregnacey test just to be safe.
Also a way to make sure your periods are regular you could see a doctor about going on the pill.

It does seem pretty normal - you said yourself you are irregular. and periods can take years to actually regulate properly. The cramps could be a sign you're due, so in the mean time, don't panic and wait a little longer.
