If this doesn't help then, even though i know you would rather not, you need to tell your parents so that you don't end up in trouble because of these anger managment problems. I hope that i have helped you, just remember, this is my opionion and by all means im not saying im right about this, but you can always ask God to help with this. AskAshley5104 answered Wednesday February 21 2007, 4:46 am: well.. i have a similar problem i have a bi polar disorder and i am not on any medications or anything and my temper can get way out of hand most of the times.. what you do is when that person is getting on your nerves walk away and find somewere quiet to sit and just let it all out. Mayb it would also be a good idea to let your parents in on this to because im sure that they love you and would want you to be happy.. and they can help you cope through this like my parents did for me.. so give them a chance and just try and explain it to them.
