all you have to do is think of all the bad things that happened between you and your ex and think of all the good things that happen between you and your crush.you dont evn have to act like you have a crush on him just act like hes any other friend of yours and start by saying "hey, whats up"
let me know how it all works out
lots of love,lizzie

what your going through happens to everyone. i am 13/f and i know exactly what you mean. except my ex lives 3 dorrs down from my house. i just make it so that we can either be friends or not. about your crush go for it. ask him out or w.e and see what he says the worst he could say is no and then one of you should say then lets be friends still.

Getting over your ex is hard, but you have to try harder, think about what he did to you, why you two broke up in the first place, and i will tell you that he don't deserve you. Handling your crush is not that hard, all that you have to do is relax and say to yourself he likes me and i like him that all that matters, if you're scared that he will hurt you, don't make plans with him for the future, live everyday as it comes and have fun. Good luck

give this new guy in your school a chance but before you do explain to him that you have been hurt before and dont want it to happen again. And when you ex comes back just let him no its over between you two i mean you can never get over you first love it is very hard and it will take some time but you just have to work at it and give some other guy a chance. i've done it.. i was hurt terribly by my ex... then he decided to start coming back around and i just told him hey look you hurt me once before and im not dealing with you anymore.. and i gave that next guy a chance and now we are happily living together and it has been 3 years we have been together.. so give him a chance..
