Lastnight ... when i was just walking in my house ... my knee buckled, popped(i heard it) and i just fell to the ground. For the first 10 minutes it burned, and i coodnt get off the ground. My dad helped me up ... and i coodnt put any weight on it. I got thru the night ... but still this morning, its not better. It just feels like theres a giant bruise on it ... and i cant put much weight on it at all. Im going to the doctors soon. Do yu know whats wrong? Am i gunna need crutches or something? (link)

You most likely dislocated it, which means it popped out of its socket. It would be a good idea to go to the doctor's to make sure, though. And if it is dislocated, they will have to pop it back into place, which hurts pretty badly, but it's okay. Just hope nothing worse happened to it!

Ok, Im turning 15 on October 24. I have no idea what to do for my birthday...we cant have one at my house, because there would just be too many people and my house is already busy as it is. Ive already gone to like bowling, roller blading, ice skating, etc. now i dont really know what to do..I want to invite a couple of boys too so it's have to be something that we could all do and have fun. The park sounds cool, but make sure you have some things to do there also, because you don't want people bored half an hour into your party. ok so im in college and i really liked being single n all...liie going to parties and meeting new guys...no nothaving sex with them. Anyways i also really like this guy I know who Ive actually be dating for 4 days now. The point is i think i need to breakup with him cuz i have already cheated onhim and made out with other guys. but, its so hard to do because i really like him a lot. I know i cant stop cheating on him and partying and stuff...So, i do need to break up with him right?.....my second question is how. I think iwanna say that I cant commit myself to one person right now because that is the truth, but I dont want him to think I have already cheated on him eventhough i did. so maybe i should say something else?...like I just dont want a boyfriend?

Well you can't say you really like him if you cheated on him! That doesn't make sense. That's a good idea to say you can't be committed to one person, because it seems like thats the truth. Good luck!

Straighten it, get it chemically relaxed, or get it Chinese Straightened. The last option is pretty expensive ($300-$1000), but it lasts a while. Hope I helped!

When you feel yourself getting nervous, just take a deep breath and remember that a lot of people have been in your position. If your face is red and you have a few spare minutes, go to a bathroom and wet your face with cold water. Hope I helped!

i have a quick question. and i really want opinions.
ok so im just wondering, but would it be totally wrong to go out with your friend's ex boyfriend? i mean its happened to me a couple of times. I would go out with a guy, we would break up, and then he would go out with my friend. it hurt me a lot, but im over it now. i have been dancing ballet for about 12 years. i love it. it always gives me something to do and it keeps me in shape. about a month ago i was in a horrific car accident. the car flipped over in a ditch and killed the driver. who was my best friend. i broke my back and now i am parilized from my waist down. i will never be able to walk again. i will never dance again. that is what hurts the most. no i dont feel sorry for myself because i know what happend to my friend casey. i miss her so much and i just feel like there was more that i could have done to keep her from loosing control of the car. and i have a boyfriend that i have been dating for 7 months. he comes to see me everyday and he occaisonally brings me flowers. i am 17 and he asked me to marry him. of course i told him yes. and we are getting married next year in august. i will not be able to have children .. and ladies you all know thats the worst feeling in the world. my fiance wants to adopt. and i am all for it. i just wouldnt be a regular mom that can hold her kids. that upsets me so much. i dont know what to do. That's so horrible for you and your friend.
Here's my advice: Adopt like you are planning to, and be the mest mother you can be. There is an overpopulation of babies anyway, and there are starving orphans all over the world. Adopting is actually much more practical, because you are giving hope a child that might not ever have parents! I bet it's really just as amazing to adopt than to have your own kids. Good luck!

Hi, I'm a really really shy guy, and so like asking people out (which I've only done once) takes like all my energy and like an hour, and I always worry about what if she says no, what if, what if, etc. Are there any good ways to overcome shyness? I don't really know what you can do about your shyness, but I have some advice for asking girls out. Just go right up to her and do it. What's the worst she can do? Say no? Don't worry, if she says no, then too bad for her, she's missing out on a great guy. And if she says yes, congrats. I know whow you feel, I was like that until this year, and I finally just figured "Why not?" Good luck!

my ex and I started to text each other for about 2weeks now after an ugly breakup. Right after the breakup she was texting me some nasty comments and calling me all types of names. I finally got sick of it and texted her back asking her to please stop and to say goodbye for good. Well the next night she texted me back saying goodbye. I replied saying goodbye again and said that if she really needed to talk to someone I would be around. Well she textes me back immeditely asking me all these questions about why did I cheat on her and this and that. Even though I never did, she had heard I did and just reacted without ever asking me. Well we went back and forth all night and finally hashed some things out. Well the next morning she texts me good morning and tells me that she has missed me and basically wants to start again but really take are time this time. i said ok and we started texting each other back and forth. Well one night I was telling her about my new job and she said that I would be able to buy her a pricie wedding band, or take her shopping.I thought she was joking but the next day she says the same thing. I told her I would not be taking her shopping anytime soon and she said she didnt want to go with me anywhere at all. Ok fine, well last night she texts me late asking me to go by her house because she was scared, apparently in the last month she has had her car stolen in front of her house, gone to court for something, had to buy a gun, and has a cop go by her house a couple times of week. I asked her what was going on but she wouldnt say. When we broke up she went around telling people that I wouldnt leave her alone and that we had never gone out, now I question why she wanted me to go by her house last night. Apart of me thinks she is trying to set me up? Plus one minute were texting each other back and forth and next she ignores me. What should i do I dont know whether to cut all ties or not.

I agree with you. It really seems like she's setting you up for something. Maybe she truly believes you cheated on her when you didn't, and she wants that cop to see you around her house. I think you should ask her straight up what going on. Ask her straight-foreward if she's trying to set you up. If she says no, doesnt give you a straight answer, or says she doesn't know what you're talking about, I'sd stop talking to her until you got some real answers, and THEN consider having a friends-only relationship. Well if you love John that much, you shouldn't have lied to him. You said you didnt want to date anyone for a while, yet you jump at the first hot guy that comes you way? That doesn't make sence. You really need to decide if you want to date or not, and if you do, go out with john, because you're being VERY dishonest.

I'm not really sure what you'd ask him, just say "Hey, do you guys permanantly straighten hair? Because I was interested it it..." I know EXACTLY how you feel because i have naturally REALLY curly hair, but it takes FOREVER to straighten. If you decide to get it done please let me know how it is because im thinking about it, 2.

Okay tonight there was a dance and the boy i seriously fell in love with (we went out 3 times before) was there because he told me to go. When he got there he said hi and gave me a hug and we talked for like 3 minutes. Then a girl he was recently with came and then she was ALL over him and the girl hates me. So whenever i looked over toward them she'd like hold onto him and start makin out with him! it was totally rude and after I saw them holding hands and stuff I got really dizzy, i stared into space half the time, i was mopey, and ididnt wanna talk to anyone and i felt like i was gonna throw up. I think you should talk to him. Why did he ask you to go if he wasn't going with you? He should know that if he's going to ask you to go, not to be rude and make out with another girl there. Just try talking to him and see if you can work something out. If you went out 3 times, then you both must have some attraction towards each other.

ok so this guy who i L-O-V-E !! found out i liked him by my friend (i wasnt mad or nething cause i KIND OF told her to). he told me he knew nd i was like yea bla bla bla. then he said i think for rite now we should b friends cause i dont kno ut hat well. so im like ok about a week l8er he told me i should kinda of get over it because he wasnt going to ask me out netime soon (that may seem harsh but im not adding EVERY single detail, so trust me it was fine ). i told him i kinda got over it that week. he said ok good bla bla bla. i rlly wasnt over him at all thou. i tried to b nd tried to like someone else, but couldnt. but now he, like a week l8er weve become real close and stuff and he flirts with me like CRAZY!!!! its sooooo much flirting! lol and i flirt back and all. were turning into "cute" friends.

I say try to make it last, but if you think it's becoming obvious that things aren;t going to work out, just end it. it doesnt have to be an "official" ending, like you daying it, but just dont hang out as much and you will grow apart.

I suggest playing some classic games like bobbing for apples, or doing something crafty. its also cool to have guest wear costumes, then buy like 2 bottles of silly string for each person, and have everyone go outside and have a silly-sting fight. those r SOO fun. also, make sure theres decorations, scary stories, and if u can have some girlfriends spend the night, play truth-or-dare.
I'd say it would cost about $30 or $40 dollars. and it should be about....3 hours long.
