Ok, me and this girl have been talkin' 4 a while now (for like 6 months). We were just friends at first but I've always liked her. She's been in really bad relationships and thinks men are dogs and will treat her like dirt. I really like her though and I wouldn't do anything like that. I like her too much. Plus I'm not even that kinda guy. I wanna love her and show her trust, honesty, and loyalty. She's been so hurt that she can't see that I wouldn't do that to her. I wanna be with her; she is the most incredible girl I've ever met. On top of that I think I like her so much it might be turning into Love. I need some GOOD advice. Help!

My family wants to get another dog. We already have a Bichon Frise and we would like to get another small dog, maybe smaller that a Bichon Frise. Does any body know of any good dogs, that work well with children, are cute, arent that expensive, and would work well with another small dog? I am 5'1 and 140 lbs. I am really wanting to loose at least 15 lbs. before school starts back because I feel that I am a lil chubby..if anyone knows of any kind of excercises or tips so make this much easier or of a quick weight loss thing that has worked for you..let me know, please?! (link)

I babysit for an hour and a half everyday.
Lucky me, I get the hours when the youngest baby wants to go to sleep more.
The parents keep asking me to try and keep her awake till they come home cause if not she won't sleep at night.
I always fail and she always ends up falling asleep then the parents have trouble getting her back to sleep in the middle of the night.
So I need tips on keeping her awake. She's 8 months old. Don't just say ''Play with her'' because I keep trying but she just crys then I pick her up and she falls asleep.
Oh and I also babysit her sister who is 3 years old so anything that they could both do would be good, I don't want to leave any of them out.

take them to a park, or outside. keep them both occupied with a game or something. it is really hard to keep a baby that young awake, i had trouble with a 2 year old. just try to distract her, whether its playing peek-a-boo or handing her a toy every other second.

okay ... you see lately my mom has been getting me all these babysitting jobs that i really dont want. i've asked her to stop and she has, but one mother wants my to babysit on a regular basis! she has three kids(2, 4 and 6) and i really cannot handle them. the middle child is pretty good, but the 2 year old cries a lot and the 6 year old is always being mean to the middle one and i cant take it! can someone please help me find a way to tell the mother i cant babysit for her regularly. thanks so much! tell the mother that you just can't handle her kids. she will probably understand, because chances are they are like that to her too. tell her that maybe she needs an older, more experienced person to watch her kids

lets call the kids jack and jill.
so ive been babysitting jack and jill every other weekend. jill is really good and sweet but jack is not. now there mom wants me to watch them everyday in the summer. and i dont want to! im only 14 i have a life! but their mom is really pushy and in your face.
what should i do?

if you don't want to watch them, you don't have to, obviously, but if it is just because of jack, tell their mother that you think jack is a little too much to handle for you. she should understand. and if you have other plans, tell her that too. if you know of someone who might want to watch them, tell the mother about them so she could possibly get a babysitter even if its not you

I babysit every Sunday for 3 kids. 2 girls ages 5 and 7, and one boy who is 9. I bring coloring books and board games, but after a while we just run out of stuff to do!!! These kids get bored easily, and everything I own that they would like, they have used. After a while, I become bored and very tired, and so every week i am reluctant to go. What should I do, and quitting is NOT an option! (link)

maybe THEY have something they would like to do. or you could always play outside, rent a movie, or do a craft. if they have the ingredients and you clean up the mess, you could teach the kids to bake cookies or something. they boy may not want to do everything the girls do, and thats ok. just make sure you can keep an eye on all of them. the boy should be able to find things to keep himself busy, and the girls would probably love to play dressup or house or something. use your imagination, and listen to the kids. she probably already knows what she wants to do. if it is safe, let her do it and join her. her parents will probably tell you what time they want her in bed. if they dont tell you, ask them. if you want to get paid a certain amount, tell the parents ahead of time: "I charge____ an hour" I usually don't do that because I don't want to seem greedy. Most of the time the parents give me way more than i think I deserve. If you need to get her settled down, before bedtime read her a book or let her watch a movie (as long as its appropriate) make sure she uses the restroom before she goes to bed. most of this stuff could change, you need to talk to the parents to ask them the questions. and if you are worried about being alone, make sure your parents are home and you would be able to reach them if you were to need them. and once the kid is in bed you can turn on the tv so its not so quiet and creepy if you are scared. if you have any other questions, im me at purplegirl92789. hope I helped, and good luck

So, today, at the camp I work at, I handed out business cards to some moms and one called me to babysit for a 9 yer old girl, 7 year old girl, and 6 year old boy. I have accepted the job at 8 dollars per hour for 4 hours. How can I keep the kids busy. I don't want to color or watch TV, and since the boy is there, I don't know what to do... (link)

Alright, i feel silly asking this question but sometimes i feel weird that my boyfriend is a bit shorter then me. I love him very much and he loves me back even more and a feel like this could last for a long time. Should i talk to him about this (but i guess its not like this is going to change it) or what should i do? Am i stupid for feeling like this? (link)

height shouldnt really matter if you really love him. if it really bothers you, say something and maybe he will stand up straighter or something. but it shouldn't matter.

i want to go to Wake Forest university but i don't have good enough grades to get or the gpa level yet, i am only a sopohomore but i still want to get in, i do have another choice of UNCW whitchis a good college. should i work harder to get into wake forest or just settle for uncw? (link)

you should always do your best in school to try to get into your dream college. but if you are sure you can't do it, don't get your hopes up. Try taking honors classes or something that could possibly boost your gpa.

it could be allergies. try some regular eye drops or change your contacts, and if it doesnt go away, talk to a doctor to get some perscription eyedrops that might help

Christian is the broad category for anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their savior and the only way to heaven is to believe in him. I am a Lutheran so I can tell you that the Lutheran Church was started by Martin Luther when he believed that many things the Catholic church did were wrong. The Catholic church changed too, i believe. Both Catholics and Lutherans are considered christians, they are just different denominations. They are basically the same, they just have different beliefs on what the sacraments are and some interpretations of the Bible. If you don't know for sure, there are also lots of non-denominational churches that you might find work well for you.

ok well i am 15 years old on wensday july 20 2005 and well i have 4 older brothers and 1 older sister and my brother dylon who is 21 he missed 7 of my b days in a row he keeps on going back to jail ha got out june 20 and went back in july 15 he missed it again me and him get along soooo good and he got my back he treats me like a little sister my other brothers treat me like i am just there buddy .me and my dad dont get along at all and since summer started so much shit has happend i have been sltitting my wrist an my other brother west just went to jail who is 25. well i am alresdy sick of life and if it gets any worse i dunno i just wont to give up. like sooo much has been haping i aint gunna say it all because i could go on for a while. i gotin to the point where i dont no what to do anymore and i treid using the kids help line on line but they never replied. i have a boy friend who treats me good he drinks alot thuogh but it doesent bother me... i use to be into drugs but i quit most of them.my sister and i use to get along realy good she was my best friend intell she met this guy since then we dont talk she is pregnet after them being together for 15 months.like i just dont no what to do about anything i am still in school going into grade 10. i am sorry this is getting long but i need help realy bad .in the paper the other day there were 27 quistions and if you were 7 of them you needed counslind i was 21 of them. i cry almost everynight. i cant do it no more what should i do plaese help me....please

you really need someone to talk to and possibly some anti depressants. talk to your school guidance counselor if you have one, or look for a pastor or someone at church. Ask your doctor if anti-depressants would work for you. I really hope everything works out.
