Q: ok so I'm in AP honors english, and over summer we were assigned to read 4 specific books and come up with 2 projects each that we get to pick. I decided that for one of the books, I'm going to create a soundtrack for it. The book is 1984, and here are the songs I have so far:

I need 6 or 7 more songs that touch on the same themes that appear in this book..it's about a tolitarian government.. brainwashing.. that kind of thing. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Q: I was watching this documentry about the original story of Dracula by Bram Stoker. Is there any website that might have the entire novel on it to read? If not, would they have this book available at my local library? Thankyou.

Q: i can't take life. i honestly can't. every morning when i wake up i'll try to think of something good that might happen today, but the truth is it's just another damn day. where i'm still my miserable and lonely self. everything in life is too disappointing. I don't have friends or a boyfriend, well i used to have a "friend" but she always tried really hard to make me feel worse about myself. Just now she even asked my "why?" when after she said that guys stare at her 24/7 and I told her they do the same to me. She's such a hurtful bitch.

Every time i have a date set up w/ someone who is interested in me, HE BREAKS THE FREAKING DATE. So all my relationships end before they really begin. See it's just my luck.

I want to commit suicide but I can't because I'm afraid of the pain.

Please don't say anything like "Oh everyone feels this way sometimes." because i feel this way ALL the time. all the god damn time.

people ignore/exclude me whenever they can. i don't even do anything bad/mean.

and also please don't say "oh honey everything's gonna be okay things will get better!"

because i've already heard that too much.

therapists/counselors don't help me. i've seen too many of them. can i be put to sleep or something? like a dog? is that possible?

what can i do to take life? i just want to die so badly. don't say anything like "oh just pray about everything and it'll be okay." I'm not a christian and i never will be again. i'm agnostic because it's the only true religion.

it's not like i've had any horrible tragedies or anything, but i still am just as miserable as anyone who has had them!

god i want to die. help.

i sympathize but you have it easy, seriously you might be really sad and depressed but think about how many people have it so much worse. your selfish to take your own like and hurt your family.

Q: im 15/f and this week every last one of my friends and my b/f are on vacation. so im stuck at home doing nothing and i want to watch some movies. i never watch movies though and i have no idea what i would like. im not all that into action movies, some comedies are good, i dont know about like romance movies i have no clue. can anyone recommend any good ones to me?

Q: I never drank before yesterday but my friend had a bottle of gordans london dry gin and i took i big mouthful and swallowed it at once. I felt really sick and was about to throw up. It tasted like wood and my throat was all tensed up. I looked on the back of the bottle and it said 40% vol something. Am I allergic to alcohol or is gordans gin just strong? I did not throw up in the end. 13/m

No, its just like the other person said any hard liquor will do that. You should have mixed it with something or started off slower.

Q: I feel kind of ridiculous asking this, but it's really bothering me. Today I was wearing a denim skirt and the zipper fly was stuck for some reason. I was wearing a long top with the skirt. Since the zipper fly was stuck and unzipped, it was kinda sticking out, forming a little bump in my shirt in that area. Hopefully I explained that so it made sense. But yeah, anyway... what would you think if you saw someone with that happening to them... I just hope I didn't look like a complete idiot.

Q: with my makeup, i wondering how i could do it differently. I have very large blue eyes with VERY long eye lashes. All i do now is put on a little bit of foundation to even things out, and no blush or anything because my cheeks are already VERY red then I put VERY little eyeliner on my top eye lid along with mascara on the top and bottom lashes, and then eye liner on the bottom of my eye lids.

i want to still look presentable, but i want to change things up, any ideas?

Well for summer, i would go with a much lighter look for swimming and such.

Start out with with a clean face and use a tinted moisturizer to even everything out. Then use an eyelash curler on your eyelashes and apply black waterproof mascara. Its very basic and only takes about 3 minutes to do every morning.
Also it makes you look clean and not all cakey.

Q: I have a really bad unibrow. Like REALLY bad. My mom won't let me do anything with it: I am not allowed to pluck it, wax it, or remove it in any way. I try to pluck it, but its really hard because there's so many hairs, and also my mom hates it when I do. But recently she kind of gave up, because I still pluck it anyways.

I want to convince my mom to let me go to a salon and get it professionallly waxed. She will most definetly not be happy upon hearing this, but I just want to remove the unibrow, and get some touchups on my eyebrows. She thinks they will do it really thin, "just like those cashier ladies with drawn on eyebrows". It just makes me really mad. I was over at my friends house once, and she gets her eyebrows waxed, and they were starting to grow back a little, and her mom was like "OMG your eyebrows look horrible we need to get them fixed ASAP". I wish my mom was like that. I actually got my unibrow from her, and she doesn't do anything about hers... and well it looks really bad.

She says waxed eyebrows aren't natural, but unibrows arent either!!

How do I get her to let me? Any good arguments?

they do your eyebrows based on what you tell them, make a deal with your mom and say she should come into the salon with you, and tell the woman/ or man how thin or thick she wants your eyebrows, just minus the unibrow.

Well first off I think I should start off with telling you that most guys around here are complete sleez balls. You know most of them want sex and all of that stuff so it takes a strong girl (like me) to not let them get in my pants. Now to the question.

He sounds like a jerk, just like an experience i just had. Hes trying to get you to really like you so he can get what he can out of you, but really hers a player. its best to set your eyes on someone else, however hard it will be.

Q: Okay so i am hanging out with this guy i really like today. I know he likes me back and last time we hung out (sat) he kissed me.. with toungue. I want to make a move on him if he doesnt make any move on me today. I dont know how i should do it. What is a cute way to just.. kiss him without being like ackward? maybe they're all just jealous, or it could be that it doesn't look as great as you thought it did and they're just trying to tell you. Whatever it could be, you could always trim maybe 3 inches off the end or something, nothing drastic.

Q: So, my friend's boyfriend and she were making pubic hair shake and she drank it and now she's afraid she's going to get crabs b/c her bf has crabs. Can she still get crabs from drinking this after it's been in the blender

Q: im 14. i have a dry t-zone, but it gets oily when i use moisturizer. i use cetaphil moisturizer and it doesnt seem to actually like...absorb into my skin. so i usually wind up putting my makeup on when my moisturizer isnt even completely dry. i know this causes my makeup to be splotchy. (i use bare minerals ) i was wonderin if there were any good moisturizers that sound good for me?
also, if u know some good makeups, that would be appreciated as well.

I use Maybelline Pure Makeup for foundation, its water based so I just put it on without anytype of moisterizer or anything.

Q: This might sound like a strange question, but i'm confused. Alot of people say i'm "pretty" or "beautiful" and it's usually from adults. I know alot of people say that to be nice but one day I walked into a room where my parents were having a party and my mom said as soon as I left they all said i'm so beautiful. But when I look in the mirror sometimes, or I see a picture of me, I really don't think i'm that pretty. I mean, I admit i'm not ugly, but sometimes I just feel like I don't look like that. Also sometimes when I DO feel pretty, like when I dress up for a party, it's when I look in the mirror, but when I see a picture of me i'm like woah i look disgusting. Sometimes I look at myself and I look decent, then I look in another bathroom mirror like at a resteraunt and I think my nose looks big or my skin looks hideous. And also I liked so many boys but no one has asked me out? I don't know if it's cause i'm too shy? Boys talk to me and flirt and stuff but no one has liked me or asked me out! All my friends that are average people not stunning or have wonderful personalities have been liked by a boy. I mean I have been liked by boys in like elementary school but, um that doesn't count. I think boys don't like me because I have a boring personality, and maybe it's cause i'm kinda ugly! But I don't think it's that cause most of my friends just look average and boys have had major crushes on them. I'M SO CONFUSED! What should I think ok myself?

When i go to parties where its all adults and stuff like that my mom always tells me people say i'm pretty. I think that its guys this age, they are immature. You should just hold your head high because i'm sure guys see your beauty and they're just afraid to ask you out.
