So, my friend's boyfriend and she were making pubic hair shake and she drank it and now she's afraid she's going to get crabs b/c her bf has crabs. Can she still get crabs from drinking this after it's been in the blender

'Crabs' are just lice in the pubic hair. They live in the pubic hair and won't survive in her stomach. The only way she could get crabs from her boyfriend is if they rubbed their pubic areas together during sex or if they were just naked. That's the only way they can transfer to her pubic area.
As for the pubic hair shake, that is kind of vomit-inducing. When you swallow a lot of hair like that it can clog your intestines, much like hair in a drain.

Honestly, I cannot emphasize how retarded she is. Why the hell would she drink her boyfriends pubic hair? It's not sexy, it's just gross.
no she won't get crabs, the crabs will go straight down her esophagus, get caught up in the intestinal lining(mucus...also known as snot) where they will probably die. The ones who survive will go to the stomach where the stomach acid will kill them. If they manage to survive that, they'll get sent into the small intestine and get killed by the enzymes that break down organic matter. If they somehow survive that, they'll get pooped out. There is a very, very small chance the crabs will survive inside her body, but if they do, she should go see a doctor.
By the way, your friend is still really, really retarded. Tell your friend not to pro create, im pretty sure most people don't want her alleles in the gene pools of future generations.
