ok there is this guy name josh and we went out over the summer then broke up a day before school started. I still like him. we havent tlaked in a while but the other day we did a little bit. Last week my friend asked him would he ever go back out with me, and he just smiled. but he has a girlfriend. I think you should talk to him about it, just you dont have people do it. And even though he has a girlfriend he obviously likes you a little at least cause he did stuff with you.. and for that reason he cant be to satisfied with his current g/f either. Hope i helped xo-ashley

I used to be a very shy person but as the years went on i became less shy. I still am a little shy. But anyways there is this girl in my study and she is like sooo coolest person you'll ever meet, we've become really good friends in the last month or so when ever im around her my confidence level and self-esteem go up. Whenever she'll call me or we'll talk on im i get like shy and dont know what to say. How can overcome being shy? What should i talk about wen im on the phone with her?? Sry it's long. okay so i like this boy names josh and he is really sweet and nice and just perfect! well so i think. and we went to this place for school and he was always tellin me how pretty i was and how he loved to spend time with me and we even started to cuddle twords the end of the day. and well we went back to school and i barley ever see him at school maybe like 2 times when we're walkin down the hall but thats it! and we say hi to eachother and maybe talk for 1 minute but then we are off to class again! well tonight there is a party and he and i will both b there and im just wondering if he even still likes me... should i try and dance with him? and flirt with him? cuz its been 2 weeks since we were on that feild trip thing... so can if you can help me thatd b great!

Hey. Well, there's this boy I like in my school, and I he may like me to, as to what my friend said...but I didn't hear the whole thing. Well, I found out her liked me when he was going out with his ex, so I didn't rush anything because I didn;t want to break them up. The later on broke up because she was cheating on him with 2 other guys, but no he goes out with another girl. I was so upset when they said he had a new girlfriend because I figured, why would he go out with another girl if he really liked me. I don't know what to do, and I think about him all of the time, what should I do because I really, really like him and I'm not to the type to make the first move! (link)

Well i think you should ask your friend that told you the story if its true for sure and if she says yes ask some of his friends or something. I've been really close with my friend Ron for a little while now. We are both 15 and we tell each toher almost everything. Recently I ahve been feeling something more for him. We joke around though like I always give him nuggies and in return he puts me in a head lock or something. Yesterday he was towering over me just to see how much taller he is then me and I jsut wanted to lean up and kiss him. Which I might have done if my other friends were not around. I just don't know how he feels about me though. He read a poem that I wrote about him and he really liked it. So today he shows me a song he wrote and it was about his life but then in one part it said

I know it was about me but the second part I can't tell if the second part is saying that he'll always be there for me or that Hes always going to be there and he doesn't want to be forgotten, as if he's afraid to be forgotten. Which he knows I would never forgett him. So today I gave him another poem I ahd written about him and it had said that I never wanted him to leave and that when I move I need him to call me jsut to say hi so i know he still cares. Well he saw it and hes like "Whats this?" And I told him and his eyes sort of lit up in a good happy way. I have such confused emotions about him. I like him so much its scary I know its not love but I scare myself at how much I like him. What should I do? And do you think he might like me as a girlfriend or jsut as a friend? (link)

ok when i was 13 i dated my boyfriend nows best friend... i am now 16... he was my first love... i was in love with nathan (my boyfriend nows best friend) for almost 4 years....i have just recently got over him... i got over him when i was 15... i am now 16... paul(my boyfriend now) doesnt understand how much work it took to get over nathan... now paul still talks to nathan.. but i need nathan out of my life and paul is bringing him back into it... i dont know what to do to keep paul but also keep nathan out of my life... i dont want to tell him to chose cuz thats not right.... please help!!!!!!

Well.. this is a hard situation. If Nathan is causeing some problems in your relationship maybe you should talk to Paul about how nathan is and i think Paul will understand. I was kind of in that 'hard to get over' situation before and its hard i know, so you dont need that back in your life because you got over it and are with Paul now so just make sure he knows all of that. Im very sorry about her, that must be really hard. But its not like your replaceing her because she will always be there in your heart even though shes not here she`ll always be there. Okay so this year my class and i are all going to washington for an end of the year trip, And my bff asked me to room with her, but i dont really wnat to but i say yes anyways. my boyfriend is pakistani and muslim. i am white and agnostic. i really care about him and he's head over heels for me but his parents wont let him do ANYTHING (were seniors in high school living w/our parents)with me (b/c of my race- wow im a victim of racism for the first time and it sucks!). he lies so much to see me but even then its not a lot. i see him at school and then occasionally after school while his parents are at work. we NEVER EVER go on real dates and it drives me nuts!!! i feel as if i deserve someone who can take me out and see me without lying or sneaking around. the situation just SUCKS. should i break up with him or just settle for seeing him barely ever? (if i broke up with him i'd still be friends with him)i really dont know what to do- i feel bad breaking it off but i'm unhappy in our current situation- its not fair to me.

Well maybe you should tell him you's need to take a break while he figures out if he really wants to be with you by finding ways to make his parents let you's be together. If he is allowed to at a later date then good but if not its good that you's will be friends at least. Its better than nothing. But make sure u talk everything out with him. hope i helped. xo-ashley

I need to know what to do in this situation,i went on a date and i told one of my guy friends about it and then he told another guy that the guy i went out with fingered me and then that guy asked the guy i went out with and he said no and told him it wasn't true...but the worst part is that he lied and said that i was the one who said that he did it to me when it never happened...the guy who started the whole rumor is suppose to be one of my best friends what should i do or say to him.... please help...thanks (link)

Well all boys will be boys and be immature and just have no lifes like that haha. But umm just go right up to him and confront him and tell him how you trusted him with it and stuff like that. Sometimes i feel like i am distant from my friends too. But it always goes away or is only for a little. Its kind of a confusing situation. But i think you should not have to go and try to make new friends, you should tell them how you feel, well at least one that your closest with and tell her/him to talk 2 the rest. I would tell the one you think would understand most and tell them you cry and stuff and you are sensitive but its just getting to you lately and you dont feel appriciated. hope i helped -xo ashley

Well i would question your friend about this. Dont argue about it because if the relationship does end you will have lost a friend. But it seems like she likes you if its amazing and you's have been going out for a while. So i wouldnt worry too much about her likeing/doing stuff with anyone especially because its your friend.
