i can understand where your coming from .. you dont have to tell your parents unless you want to .. in this case you sound like you want to tell them .. they should be able to accept the fact that you have a boyfriend .. its your life you go and do what you believe is right .. but i dont see whats wrong either way .. good luck!!

to be completely honest i just went through this and thankfully my friend and i are still friends .... please tell her first before you tell him .. and talk to her about it if you dont then she will tell you that u backstabbed her and you will go through hell .. its better off if you talk to her first and compromise or come up with some type of agreement but she what her feelings are first .. hope i helped! xoxo

what are some good ways to stretch??? i am a cheerleader and stretching is like the most important thing so we don't pull anything or hurt ourselves. so what are some good stretches?? help asap!! (link)

alright well first of all the most known is sitting in a straddle on the floor - constantly sit in a straddle like while your watching tv or reading or anything .. if after a while that isnt workign go up to a wall and sit in a straddle in front of the wall and just push closer and closer .. umm crunches .. also a good stretch is lying on ur back and instead of crunches pull ur body up and when ur back and chest are off the floor straddle ur legs as they are up in the air and put u arms thru .. just repeat that constantly ... u can also do that for pikes ... remember to stretch ur back with bridges... and for a heal stretch use a partner and put ur leg up and rest it on their shoulder and have them hold ur leg and just move closer and closer to them ... hope my cheerleading advice helped .. if u have any other questions on cheerleading im here to help ... xoxo

im not sure if youve ever tried it .. but one time at a party we laid down two guys in beach chairs in their bathing suits and sprayed whip cream all over them then each guy got three girls to get on their knees and lick it all off of them .. which ever boy was clean of whip cream first one .. hope i helped ..

NO it does not make you a slut .. as long as you arent doing anything that would label you as a slut then no you are not .. and if people think your a slut because you flirt that is ridiculous DONT LISTEN TO THEM! .. its summertime .. you should flirt :) .. as long as your not jumping from boyfriend to boyfriend or flirting really badly with guys while you have a boyfriend then no you are not a slut .. be careful with flirting though it can lead to places that you dont really wanna go to ... hope i helped

ok so there is this guy that 15 and im only 13. I really like him alot and he said he liked me also. Thats not the problem. its sounds to me like your not ready for anything other than making out .. to be completely honest i think you should rethink and be sure hes really not just using you first - but dont worry about him having more experience than you .. if he truly cares he will help you feel more comfortable in how you kiss which isnt really a large problem .. i think you should wait off a little before you get into oral sex - it could hurt your reputation very badly and cause you a lot of stress - see where time takes you and remember there is nothign wrong with making out or kissing but make sure he really does truly like you xox good luck!

well im a cheerleader and i used to have horrible jumps .. you have to stretch!! and once your middle split is decent then try doing "t-jumps" that will increase your height in the jump .. remember to keep you back straight and don't reach for your toes and bend over (bad move) .. a good pointer is to look at something in a far distance upwards and just stare at it and your jump should be higher .. if you have a trampoline you can practice there as well - and dont forget to point your toes! well im sure you can still keep a letter writing or online relationship with this one girl from camp but dont forget about your old friends at home - if they are your true friends though they shouldnt get mad if you have other friends .. tell them "i can have more than one best friend" .. but if it helps try not to talk about your friend from camp all the time because then your old friends might think that they are boring you or you'd rather be with her but whatever you do dont forget your old friends and just give everything time

I met a guy who was really nice and we spent like everyday together and just cuddled. Thats wat i had been lookin for for a while so it was great. Im 13 and he was 14 so it was good for meh cuz i like the lil bit older guyz. He was my friendz cuzin and he lived in PA but was visiting. Neways i kinda liked him on and off so it confused us both. I like being with him but his personality wasnt that great so i wasnt sure. When i only kissed him on the cheek and only let him do the same i think it really turned him off so he turned to another one of her friendz and they started goin out. I cryed and cryed and tried to talk to him about it and he was just a jerk. Now even thought he hurt meh and was mean i kinda miss being with him and kinda still like him. Why am i doing this to myself and is it a bad thing? I had pictures of us and i cut it up one day cuz he sayd cumin up was about gettin sumthin but then when i was like so u just used meh he was like umm no i dint say that. nina - wow well weve all been through the heartbreaks of guys .. but you seem to really have a thing for this one .. think about it this way - he once had a thing for you so there is still hope for the furture - but dont always count on that .. try to move on or if you cant completely erase him out of your life then just keep him in the back of your mind - if you cant find another guy then you know that hes the right one for you but you HAVE TO TRY!! .. ;) and dont let this ruin you having fun - go out and have fun and just be yourself if he cant except you or like you for you then hes just another jerk - best wishes

i understand how your feeling .. i was being named as a slut for a while .. i had three boyfriends and jumped from one to the other verry quickly .. well im sure first of all your very pretty so you shouldnt have to be ashamed of that .. maybe dress down some .. you dont have to wear such flashy outfits that show skin and that are so tight you can barely breathe (even tho you gotta love those outfits sometimes ;]) .. if any of your guy friends ever try and touch you and your not comfortable just smack them and you know if they keep insisting they dont respect you ... be yourself around them .. dont try to flirt to much and DONT BE BOY CRAZY ! ahh thats the worst .. be YOURSELF and if guys still try to touch you or do things with you they obviously DONT RESPECT YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE .. so they arent your true friends or good guys - and also DONT hook up with guys if your not going out with them or planning on it because that just leads to trouble .. i hope i helped xoxo

sorry to hear about this .. i had the same problem not too long ago - all my old friends thought i "changed" and they started talking abotu me behind my back and ditching me .. i kept a low profile for a while and tried to start hanging out with a new group of people .. soon my old friends finally realized i was the same person i used to be and i am doing much better .. as long as you didnt hurt them or do anythign wrong in the first place you have nothing to be ashamed or sad about .. if they are your true friends they will realize reality and you will all be friends again ;) hope that helps xoxo

Ok, Well, my boyfriend is 19 years old and he*s in the military..I*m still in highschool..we write letters to each other often and i think about him every single day, but most of my friends say that i should break up with him, I really love him, but he's going to be gone so long! I have 2 years left of highschool, and if I stay with him that means i have to be faithful for 2 years! I dunno what i should do...

how long have you been with your boyfriend for? this must be such a hard time for you but you can work through it maybe soon if you begin to lose feeling or want to break free .. talk to him when you write letters maybe you can come up with some type of compromise :) .. and when he comes back you can always still be with him! hope that helped
