Whats the best type of cleaner to clean
dishes?
wood tables?
tile floors?

I use Joy on dishes, pledge spray works awesome on wood, especially wood tables, and for tile floors you can make it look very nice if youre willing to take the time to mop it for a few minutes. *muah* luv britt

So, awhile back I was doing a project for health class where I needed to find the price of baby strollers and I went to google to look them up. One of the first links I clicked on was ebay, but I immediately clicked out of it because we weren't allowed to buy used items. Since then, words on Spacefem and Livejournal have been underlined, and upon clicking them I get sent to an ebay site for that particular item. (Ex: my friend got "New Shoes" and they were underlined in her livejournal, when I clicked on it, there was a section for shoes.) I'm also experiencing random popups that have to do wtih the site I'm browsing, but I have a popup-blocker, so this shouldn't happen, and they're on sites I've never had popups on before said popup-blocker was installed. Most of these sites lead back to ebay. So..has anyone experienced this before, and if so, how did you get rid of it? I think it's making my connection slower as well, so though I can live with it, I'd like to get it fixed.

sounds like you have spyware. i dont know wut it duz exactly, but i had it before on my computer. you should get rid of it ASAP cuz it's not good for your computer, plus it gets annoying. my computer got real messed up cuz of it, and i had to have my whole thing taken apart and cleaned of viruses. get spybot or spysweep, they work real good, you can jus download them, but i dont have the website. luv britt *muah*

I just got braces a few weeks ago and my ortho told me that I would get them tightened every 3 months. But when I talked to all my friends who have had braces, they all said that they got theirs tightened every month. So my question is, what is the normal amount of time that is supposed to be between getting ur braces tightened? Is it one month or 3 months? I really want my teeth to move fast because I hate my braces and I want them off ASAP, so if I tell my ortho to tighten them more often (once a month instead of once every 3 months) will my teeth move faster? I think that maybe my ortho said I would get them tightened once every three months so that i would have to wear my braces longer and then he would make more money. (we pay him every month I have my braces on) Sorry this was long and confusing. Please help i'll rate 5's!

i dont think your ortho is trying to get more money out of you n your fam. i would go with wut he tells you. depending on the problems that you have with your teeth, the time between tightenings may change. that is probably why your friends get theirs tightened more often. me and my friends all have braces, and we go at all differnet times! it's probably a good thing in a way that you only go once every 3 months, cuz your mouth gets sore after they are tightened! if you are real concerned with this, jus ask your ortho, plain n simple. hope i helped *muah*

Whats up everybody! I smoke weed and love it. But i want to quit. They say weed is not addicting, but if it isnt, then how come i can not quit? I love it so much. But know it will get me nowhere. So how can i quit? Or should i not quit?

If you want to give it up, you'll be able to. But if your heart really isn't in to it, you're gonna have a really hard time quitting. Weed may not have addicting chemicals or substances in it, but the thing is, your so used to smoking it, it's becoming one of those normal every-day things for you. So I would say in a way it is addicting, so you really should try and stop. 'cause every day that you continue smoking it, the harder it will be to stop when you finally decide to quit once and for all. good luck! *muah* luv britt

Ok, in school I'm in the "popular group" and my friends are really nice and everything but sometimes they really annoy me. Here's why. Whenever a guy asks them out they'll like automaticlly say yes (even if they don't like them), and when a guy dumps them or they dump a guy they'll be going out with someone else within an hour. Anyway, for some reason this really bugs me. I don't really no why either. Now a guy asked me out and I said no because I don't like him and now they keep calling me too picky. What do I do?

Just explain to them that you want to really like someone before you go out with them, because you know that all you are going to have with someone that you don't really like is a shallow, unimportant relationship. Alright yall, i believe in God and that Jesus is the son of God. But i dont like church one bit, and i dont like the bible. I think i'm a good person, but i do also sin (obviously). And i have a wonderful relationship with God. So am i going to hell because i dont like church, and because i dont believe alot of what the Christians believe? Please help me out if you can. As long as you believe in God, I don't think you're going to Hell. If you don't go to church, just pray. I go to Church sometimes, but not as often as I probably should. I don't think I'm going to go to Hell. Just keep your belief in God, pray, and not JUST when you need something, and that's about it. As long as you do not commit horrible sins like some people do, and you still believe in God in your last hours, you should be fine! *muah* luv britt

Okay, I have been sick for almost a week now, I have really bad diarrhea and I can't keep any food down! Everytime I eat it comes up, I even took three bites of a yogurt and it came up. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor and I am starting to feel weak. i usually get dehydrated really easily and now when i drink it doesnt stay down either. My mom keeps an attitude towards me when i tell her what is going on and she says she cant afford to take me to the doctor, WHAT DO I DO?

Don't wait this out. Who knows how sick you could get if your mom refuses to take you to the doctor any longer! Get a friend or their mom to take you, or maybe you're aunt,uncle, or grandma! jus get someone who will be willing to spend that 20 bucks and give you a ride to the doctors. as for your mom, tell her youre not asking her, you need her to bring you. if she still won't its time to find someone who will.

You should ask him out if you like him. It's pretty obvious that he likes you, and he doesn't sound like a jerk like some guys that flirt like that! I would go for it, I really think he'll say yes. Ever since I started taking taekwondo, my back has been hurting a lot. I'm only 15/f and I don't want a bad back at this young of an age and I don't want a bad back when I am older. And I would never quit taking taekwondo, I love it so much and I am trying to get my black belt. Any advice on what I should do? Thanks in advance.

Your best bet would probably give it a few more days to a week. In the meantime, use a heating pad, and only practice your taekwondo at your classes, not at home, so that you can give your back a little rest. If your back still hurts in about a week, I would definetely go to a chiropractor, you can look them up in the yellow pages.. there should be a bunch of them! good luck hope ya feel better **muah**

Just explain to your friends how much you like him, and to you his color or race doesnt matter, so it shouldn't matter to them. Maybe once they get to know him better, they'll notice how sweet he is and will accept him! good luck

It won't go away on its own.. unless its like a really mild case.. thats wut my doctor told me. go get some medicine in a tube for it like the stuff that you can get at a drug store. yeah, and like toxic x baby said, you can put flour on it to ease the pain or itchiness w/e ur feelin, and it cant hurt ya either! hope i helped

I got the same prob! Our situation sux big time.. It's hard to ask a guy out for the first time, especially a guy that's shy! If he knows that you like him, and you think that he likes you, then he's probably already *comfortable* with the idea that you got feelings for him. I've been talking to this guy for like 6 months, He never asked me out or nothing but we go to the movies and i go chill at his house to. Well if you guys hang out, and he seems comfortable, not weird like most guys do when they are one-on-one with a girl, then I think he likes you! That's what it sounds like. Dear Advicenators,
One and a half years ago my brother *Henry* was diagnosed with hemophilia, which means that his blood does not clot normally. If he gets a cut, it's really hard to stop the bleeding. If he loses too much blood, he could die if the blood is not replenished.

Henry and I always liked to spend time together (he's two years older than me). We'd ride bikes to the park and shoot basketball hoops. He couldn't be too active, but he was my best friend and I felt safe around him.

Anyway, he lost a lot of blood one day, and was taken to the doctor for another blood injection. The horrible part was, that the person who had donated that blood was carrying the AIDS virus. The doctor proclaimed that Henry now had AIDS.

Henry is 15 years old, is in diapers, and must be fed through an IV or a tube. He has about 4 months left to live. My entire family is sad, and angry about it. My parents must monitor him all the time, so I always have to get a ride to my volleyball games. All three of us never have extra time, because we are always there for Henry and when he must be hospitalized. I had to drop out of volleyball for him.

Henry has been the butt of the jokes from the kids at school lately. They make fun of the fact that he has been in diapers. They are unaware of the fact that his brain is slowly being devoured, and he can't feed himself. The AIDS is tearing the whole family apart. But luckily, my friends are there to console me, but I always feel resentment towards the cruel kids at school. Can I please have some suggestions on what to do about that?

Anyway, as I am spending my last Christmas with my brother, I have no idea what present to give to him. Could I please have some ideas? I want it to be special and something he'll remember when he goes to Heaven.

Also, how can I comfort / cheer up my parents? They have been having lots of mood swings lately and have been very stressed.

Any input and prayer would be great. Sorry about the length.

OMG that is so sad- I'm sorry! i would get him a mini Christmas tree and decorate it with lights. Then put it buy his bed in the hospital with a sign in his room saying **I Love You Henry** Also, whatever present that you get him, wrap up really nice and put next to the Christmas tree. That idea is only like part of a gift, but maybe you could use that! Whatever you want to do.

Gosh, how can I make myself STOP procrastinating??? I mean I've got it bad. I come home from school and don't even start my homework till' about ten at night or after. I get on the computer...eat...clean my room...shower...anything but do homework, and it's making my grades suffer. If I would just start studying for tests a few hours earlier, I would do so much better. Any tips?

Ok, listen. Find something to motivate yourself to do your homework as soon as you get home, no matter what. DONT try going on any electronics til you're done studying and doing homework... if you do then it's too hard to get back on track or stop playing on your computer or watchin TV or whatever. also get yourself a snack or a drink to keep your energy up, that will help alot. Jus think of your homework as a chore, and that you need to get it done quick, so that you can do the things you want to instead. Hopefully this helps ya

My friend and i are both in theater arts, and she got the role i wanted, and i tried not to be jealous of her, but i am. i know she's really good, and deserves the part, but i get mad at her whenever she brings it up, because shes almost bragging. I just really wanted the part, and now she thinks im mad at her, and i guess i kinda am. wat can i do?

This same thing happened to me, except me and my friend were already fighting alot anyways, and her bragging was the last straw so i know how it feels. Just think of it this way, at least she got the part instead of someone that you know doesn't deserve it. Give her tips on what she's doing wrong and how she can get over stage fright(if she has it). Your teacher or whoever is running the play will notice that you are very kind and helpful, and they probably can tell that you really did want that part. Don't give up theater just because you didnt get your dream part! In the meantime, ask her not to bring it up, because you were really hoping to get the part-- who knows, maybe she will know how you're feeling! hope i helped ya

Well!My friend a while ago started cutting herself, but then she stopped. Today I hit her arm and she said ouch. I knew right away what she did because she gave me this look. Then she laughed about it. I honestly don’t think that it is funny. She is one of my best friends and I don’t need her going off and hurting herself. When she laughs about it, it makes me feel like she doesn’t want me to care or anything. She showed me her arm and it looks pretty bad and shes like ooo its not that bad. I don’t want to tell an adult but she has been pretty depressed latly and I don’t kno anymore if I should continue helping her about it or just give her her own space.

You really should tell an adult.. if she stopped and started up again chances are it will be even harder for her to stop cutting herself this time tell an adult now! if she gets mad at you give her some time to cool off and jus send her an email or pass her a note saying, i only told because i care about you... if i didnt i wouldnt have said anything. things will turn out much better for you her and your friendships if you tell an adult that can help her... and you dont have to try and hide her prob from her family tell them first, then let them take it from there! I got the same problem and the best you can do is just walk up to him and be like, o my god what is wrong wit our teachers? dont they know that we have lives, unlike them? i have stuff to do after school--and dont lie just say something that u do that u think he'd be interested in-- n then just hand him your phone number and be like, call me if you got some time!
