OK well im a 13/f and when I was little and still now if like i do somthing "bad"..or i get my dad mad...he'll like hit me...and like i dont know if thats really considered abuse..well see this all came up because my friend jessica was tellin us how she stayed out late and her dad got really mad and she called her mom and was like i think dads gunna hit me cuz hes really mad but if he lays a hand on me ill call the cops...so that just got me thinkin to myself...is what my dad does considered abuse or just a way of him "punishing" me.

Hair extentions are when they had length to your hair to make it look longer. They are usually expensive. If you get them, i wouldn't get individuals. You can ask you hair cutter person where to get them, or if she does that there.

Well, first you should take a shower so your hair is wet. Then, you can use this great stuff called "Patene Pro-V spray gel". Its amazing. My hairs thick too so I have that problem with poofiness. You should spray it all over. Especially the top, cause you dont want flyaways.

I have the weirdest phobia (Well to me) I can not swallow pills. My sister used to have trouble with it too, but she eventually got over it. My younger brother has ADD so he has to have pills so he it's no problem for him. But when I was little I had choked on something and I blacked out before it was dislodged, and even though I know it's not going to happen just because I try swallowing a pill, I still have a "pill phobia". Anyway is there anything I can do that will help me get over it. Or just ways to make swallowing pills easier? I'm almost 15, and a sophmore in high school, and I'm still telling doctors when I'm sick that I need a liquid or chewable, I don't want to be an adult doing the same thing. It's embarassing. I have friends that won't swallow a pill unless they have to, but even if it was the only way, I'd rather just be sick. So if you have tips on making swallowing pills easier or just getting over the phobia, please let me know!! Thanks in advance! (link)

I have the same problem!!!!! I cant swallow pills. Id just stick to liquids or chewables, no one shopuld force you to do what you dont wanna do.

I want to start using tampons but I know my mom hates them because she just read something about a 14 year old getting that toxic shock syndrom from them. I'm active (like sports) and I'm really getting sick of using pads. OK. I'm 16 and I'm male. I made myself throw up twice about a week ago, and got a killer sore throat. Never doing that again.
Anyways, is it possible that my stomach shrunk because of it? Because I have found that less food is needed to make me full. I used to be able to eat 3 slices of pizza, but I'm getting full after 2, and today, I got full on 4 mozzarela sticks. Is my stomach shrinking, not allowing me to eat as much? Is there something I should know?

Hiya! Well, first of all please don't make yourself throw up again. Thats a disease, and possibly an eating disorder. People with builmia and anorexia do that. Not a good idea. Your sore throat is probably b/c of that. Some weeks you feel like eating less than other weeks. When you're depressed you seem to eat less. That might just be it.

I was walking thru the mall and a lady with a hair straightener stand stopped me and asked if she could straighten my hair to advertise her profuct. She said "this is a ceramic hair straightener that the salons use. it doens't damage your hair and it actually brings out the softness in your hair. you can get this at a salon for $200 but we're selling it here for $99." I was like WTF! 99 DOLLARS?! I loooooved the straightener though... So I was wondering whats the difference between a ceramic one and a regular one? Can you get a decent one at CVS or walmart for under say, 20 bucks? (link)

I have a really good not ceramic one. It's from ULTA. It was about 25 dollars. Its the best thing in the world. Cant live without it. You usually cant get a really good one for less than 20 though. My hair straightener is called HOT TOOLS PROFESSIONAl.

Last year was my first year at this one school. In one of my classes there was this girl named *Kasey.*
She annoyed me so much. She tried to make me look bad, and make me feel like there was something wrong, or I was doing something the wrong way. But at the same time she tried to buddy up to me. ok well..my best friend (who is a guy) really likes this girl. He is still getting to know her and hasnt asked her out yet but he still seems to like her..i do not have feelings for him nething more then a friend but i really dont like the girl who he chose..hes had some bad experiences and i just want him to be happy, but shes not right for him, i know more about her then he does and i want to tell him, but i dont think hed understand and i think he would just be mad at me..and i dont want him to get mad.
