Heres what I do. It works best if your hair is naturally wavey already, if your hair is really straight it wont work. Wash your hair that night, and put gel all in it (it doesnt matter what kind you use, but I use tresseme) and scrunch it all up and then put it all up using clips or whatever (dont put it in a ponytail-make sure your hair is put up in a messy way) then when you wake up in the morning take more gel and scrunch it again and it should work.

Moose usually makes you hair more stiff. I like gel better because it holds my hair and its not to stiff. So jel would have to be better and its no more then 10 dollars.
hope i helped,

They say you should use mousse but I use a scrunching gel and spray by Aussie. You can buy these products at any pharmacy or grocery store and they are less than five dollars for each product. You can use gel afterwards to keep the curls or waves in place.
