hey um i was wondering i asked another person for advice and she said i am having this thing called "discharge" going on. its like a clear goo thing that comes out near your butt. but its soooooooo annoying and i really hate it and it has been going on for more than like almost half a year. and i was wondering if you know about it or if you know how it started or how i can get it to stop. because i have really fun things in my life and it just ruins them. and it sucks. but i am asking you because you have given great advice and you are sooooo awesome and good at it. : ] :D and i wanted to thank you so much. you help sooo many people out including me. :D so please if you have answers...i need them im desperate. thanxx so much :D and if it helps i have gotten my period many times before this and i really dont want to talk to anybody about it. im not good at that stuff. thanx :D

Sorry it has taken me so long to answer your question. I feel horrible, i haven't been near a computer lately. Anyway, i unfortunatly don't know how to help you or what it might be. You can always google it and see what comes up, research it. Thats what i always do when im having "female" issues and it never lets me down!
Of course you can always call a local doctors office and explain whats going on, and see what they say. I would say ask your mother, but thats awkward, i know. Let me know if you figure anything out! Im sorry it took me so long to reply!

I've tried to stop drinking soda but going without the caffeine gives me headache. I've cut down on it so now its only once in a while but does anyone know a way to cut it out completely and replace it with something else???

A little science lesson. Caffience is horrible for you, its almost like a drug, scratch that it IS a drug. When you drink caffeine all the time your body gets dependent on it, it stops making somethings that your body needs because the caffiene has tricked you body intothinking it doesn't have to do it anymore. It takes about 10 days for your body to completly not become dependent on caffience and start making those things your body is dependent on. Of course its only making a little bit at the end of the 10 days so it may be touch but for about a month your going to have to do without it. It may cause headaches and soemtimes you'll feel drowsy but you have to do this before your body starts causing itself trouble.You can take pills but they are bad and they take place of your addiction and you'll become dependent on some of the ingrediants in the pill so my best advice is to chew sugar free gum for about amonth. After that drink them about once a month if you truley need them after that. Don't drink them alot. They take about 10 minutes off you like, well every coke does! I start High school next week and I am exited and nevous too. Any Advice on Highschool. I play feild hockey and have been in pre-season for a couple weeks so I know some of the upper classmen but not really, I also have a shophmore locker so my locker is not with any of the freshman! First of all don't let the upperclassmen push you around becuase they just like the power. The more you stand up to them, the more mature you seem. I really messed up my ninth grade year becuase i was extremely worried about my social status with the populars and boys. My grades were really bad and believe me i regret it. I only stayed friends with one of my friends from 9th, the rest i spent time crying over becuase girls are catty. The best of them become b****** when they are jealous. So worry about your grades and get all the help you can get. Besides that, dont get in a serious relationship. Your in 9th grade, for now boys are just for fun. Have fun and be social. Enjoy 9th grade you only get one memory of it!!

depends on the maturaty of both of you. Some 15 year old are quite old for their age and soe 18 year old are really young at heart. But question why does someone so old want someone so young. It would be meaningless to have to one you didn't care for and you would hate it then your gonna think all relationship sucks and that just wouldn't be faor to the guys or yourself. Just recently my girlfriend has left me to go back with her old boyfriend. I know that he abuses her phsyically and emotionally,and I treated her like gold. What should I do? and will she ever come back to me?

Be the best friend you can be. Call her once in a while and dont be to flirty or she is not gonna be comfortable but just lether vent on you. Talk about her. Let her know that when she is having a hard time she can run to you. Make her feel comfortable around you and make her laugh. Trear her like pricless gold once again. She may not come back to you but your gonna have to take that risk. Listen!!! Listen!!!! Listen to her!!! So then she is gonna she what she is missing. I feel like I am not needed. Like I don't have a purpose on this Earth. I feel like if I was gone, no one would notice. And I honestly believe that no one would. I would be gone for weeks before any of my "friends" noticed I was gone. And my family, they would all move on extremely quickly. We all have feeling like this once in a while but it's not true. Think about it if your freinds didn't want you, you wouldn't be friends with them. If you family didn't want you they would find you another home. Talk to you mother about how you feel if she thinks its right she may take you to the doctor. Depression is a serious matter and can sneak up on you. Do more family things and activities that make you smile. Talk to a close friend and hang out with them when you get a chance. Notice little things like when your mom gets mad at you or says you can't do anything. It's because she loves you and wants you to be safe. Talk Talk Talk. Find things to keep yourself busy and active. Dancing, running, singing. Anything. Things will get better but be sure to tell your family or at least your mom how you feel. Tell me how the talk goes and how you feel in a week or two.

Personally i would go with Isabella(bella for short). You probably have your mind made up but many dogs are names princess and it just doesn't fit them. Jenny is cute but not really a dog name. Can't you just imagine yourself going to bed calling, "Bella...Bella baby time for bed" It just has that your so adorbale ring to it. Also i suggest a middle name. My vet told me that is good training so when they get in trouble you can call their full name such as: Isabella Nicole Smith! It lets them now that they have done something wrong and separates it from you just calling one name and never knowing wether that are in trouble or not. Tell me what you choose!

Half of America is dealing with the same pressures and stress and anger you are. Hard to believe me. Find someone dealing with the same issues you are....talk to them. Be optimistic, i know thats hard but nobody like negative people. Surround yourself by happy people that make you feel the same way. Talk to your parents about how you feel, nicely. Hard i understand. Also find an outlet, such as dancing writing punching the heck out of a pillow. Lol It will help when your angry go to that outlet. Maybe if your scared to tell your dad or dont want him to inturrupt you write him a letter and tell him you need to talk give him the letter. Then listen to what he has to say also. He is probably recovering from the hurt of the divorce and he likes to surround him by women that make him forget about that pain. Think about that also. Keep me posted on how your doing.

I am trying to get fit this summer so that I can do well in the cheerleading competition squad. Any tips that can help me condition myself?

As well as what they other coloumist said, which is true, also they have workout videos in stores that have great stretches. They are not expensive and will help you get in shape and flexible. Also practice your splits and the butterfly EVERY DAY. Also really push yourself don't, say ow this hurts then stop push until you can't take it anymore....but no to much yoiu'll pull muscles. Also if you know any dancer or cheerleaders they can show you exersizes to loosenyour body and get it used to the intensity of cheerleading. Run a little more everyday. You have to take baby steps to get used to exersizing. Eat healthy so your body has more energy for the cheers(they take it out of you) and get cheers(from the internet a friend or a video.) and practice that everyday. Apply deoderant after shaving, keeps the bumps away. There is an ingrediant in deoderant that keeps skin from being irritated and causing bumps. Go for it.

i was raped when i was younger and i don't know what to do anymore it haunts me in my sleep. I think about it all the time and when i see any of the guys that did that to me i freak out i start crying and they were all over five years ago so i can't go to the police and tell them i was raped i don't know any of the guys names. All i know is that they used to date my mom and when i told my mom that they were doing that to me she didn't believe me. I am now in foster care and i don't ever see my mom. But that fact that i was raped is scary and i need all the help and advice that i can get. so please anyone help me.

Why didn't you mother believe you and how did you get in foster care. This is a serious matter and it will haunt you for the rest of you life unless you do something about it. Maybe the man will not get caught and maybe he will but the going to the police is neccassarry. ASAP. The longer you wait the better the chance he gets away, the reason you need to go to the police is they can get you help. Therapy may not sound like the answer but it can solve those nightmares that wont leave you be. Also they can go to your mom and she can help with the search. Men like him shouldn't be allowed into the world to corrupt other young womens life. Hard to think about but not all men are like this. I know that you know this and its hard to justget over and go to a guy but the easier it is for you to open up to a guy the easier it will be to get over this.
