Okay, so I recently got a new laptop and need to transfer the songs on my old itunes to my new laptop. How do I get the songs off my ipod to the itunes on this laptop?
I've tried a few online tutorials but can't seem to get it to work. When I plug in the ipod and go to My Computer, about 200 songs show up but none that are on my ipod. I really don't want to download anything, so please don't suggest that.
So does anybody have any good tutorials or ideas? Thank you so much. (link)

i know you said you don't want to download anything, but the only method i can think of (other than getting the music off your old computer) is getting Adobe Photo Downloader. I think it came with my Photoshop Elements 3.0..or something. Well anyway. It's actual purpose is getting photos off cameras and whatnot, but if you plug in your iPod you can get music from it.

I like a lot of old (not that old) music and a lot of my friends like all the good stuff (to tham) and it's like rap and everything i like rap but not the rap now and i think i will be unpopular if i don't like the music now what do i do?

Okay, the first half of this doesn't really answer your question, but it's advice I think you need to take: Why would you be unpopular if you don't like music others listen to? I mean, trying to like something that you actually don't is only lying to yourself. I kind of know how you feel because my sister listens to all the 'cool' music, you know- the stuff that's always on the radio and whatnot - and she mocks me because I never jump on the music bandwagon. And the best part is, despite my different taste in music, despite the fact that most people wouldn't define my taste in music as 'cool', I'm here, I have friends, whatever. Don't let others control your emotions. They're yours, after all. Changing yourself for others doesn't affect them, it affects YOU. So keep that in mind.
HOWEVERRR. If you're REALLY desperate and the above paragraph affected you in no way whatsoever, I'd reccommend shoving all the 'cool' songs on a playlist and listening to them nonstop. Most music WILL grow on you if you give it time.

i don't know how to KEEP it playing, but i know of some people who commented on their own picture with a song code so music would play when others viewed it =\

you can ask a teacher for help (or a friend) if it doesn't.

okay, you know when you're writing, and your teacher asks you to write a rough draft? well, I did. and my classmates took turns correcting it for me (as part of a class assignment)
my question is : when you're typing up the final draft, are there allowed to be changes in the actual story from the way the story in the rough draft was originally? like...are you allowed to add on scenes?

of course you are. the purpose of a rough draft is just practice for the actual thing, and writing it would be completely useless if you didn't plan on improving it.

Honestly, your 'five pages from the textbook, math sheets, and more' sound like heaven on earth compared to the work I get =\ (I'm up until two AM almost every day, and school barely started). But anyway.
The point of doing homework is (at least, a teacher will tell you this) so you will be prepared for school the next day and will better know the material. Even though it gives you more practice with what you learned in school, frankly, I hate it to death, and I hope it falls into hell. The only reason I waste my time with it each day is because it only gets collected on days I don't do it; and if your luck is as great as mine, you should start doing yours, too. Unless you don't mind failing. D:

Anyone know any good summer reads. Everything I usually read is depressing. Like someone usually dies. I'd like suggestions of books that are funny and enjoyable to read. I am 14 years old and I was always good at doing makeup on myself and others. I went to MAC the other day and I got a lesson there and they said that I should get a job with some type of company like MAC or Chanel when I am in highschool, my question is how old do you have to be? What type of test do you have to do? I know you have to be able to apply makeup onto someone.

It depends on the legal age in your city. In NYC, for example, you have to be 14 and have to fill out a working permit. But stores also set limits on ages, so you have to ask around.
