I got a bad test grade and I promised my mom this wouldn't happen again this school year. If I get it signed, then I get extra credit and an A. Because of that, I want and need it sighed. Any good ideas on how to tell her without her being like super mad? 13/f

She should understand, but make sure you tell her that you tried, and that you will try even harder on the next test. But if you say it, then you have to keep your word. I hope I have helped.

Make sure you apologize to your mom about the grade and maybe try to go in for extra help in that class to show you mom that you are really trying. Hopefully your mom will forgive you.

Tell her you may have gotten a bad grade but you have an opportunity to help that grade, and it can raise your grade so it won't have much affect. "hey mom. ok, I have some news, but dont worry, I can get it handled, but I need your help."
just explain the situation to her as best as you can. be sure not to mention that you tried because I dont know about you but I can hear my mom going "Well you obviously didnt try hard enough! Look at these grades!" And then she would lecture. Just try to be as diplomatic as possible :D
