i've been with my boyfriend for a year now. we are deeply inlove, but we have a problem. he has a way stronger sex drive then i do which causes fights and tension. he has agreed to calm down with his as long as i improve mine. i have no idea how to do this. i heard certain scents might work and to just relax before hand. i'm sexually attracted to him and when i do get in the mood i think about him. we both have rough work schedules so we don't see eachother as much as we would like but when we do see eachother, i want to make it as special as possible. so any tips on how to get into the mood more often would be great lol thanks!

Men have a higher libido than women do, it's a proven fact. If your man can't accept that your libido may be a bit lower than his, then it's not much worth it. Testosterone would be the one at fault. Since men have more of it than women, a higher sex drive will be in affect.

But yes, some scents may help, and herbal supplements like Ginseng may help too. Try to put on some soothing music to help you get in the mood.

But he really should be patient with you when you two are having a romantic moment together. I would also suggest try finding ways to reduce your stress level so you can relax a bit more to prepare yourself for a sexual moment.

Ok, so about 3 weeks ago, i got fingered and my cherry popped. (embarrassing i know) but anyways ever since then i've had a period like on and off. and now its really heavy and won't stop.
is my period being weird because of that?

Possibly but not likely. If you're young, periods can act weird on you regardless. If your period persists like that for a couple weeks I would definitely see your Doctor or head to a Clinic.

Hello i recently got off birth control because im ready to start a family. (YAZ) if that helps. I've only been off of it for about a week. When is the soonest i could get pregnant? We have sex about 4 out of 7 days of the week.

You can start ASAP, but your chances will increase after a few months, when your hormones regulate more.

You can always google Ovulation prediction sites, and will give you a week when you're most fertile. I know many products can help measure your LH surge, and hormones to see how fertile you are as well as to measure your basal temperature.

Eat well, exercise well, ease your stress, and research fertility and ovulation. It will help you conceive.

Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for a couple weeks. I love it and it feels absolutely amazing but I can never orgasm or even get close to orgasm. It is generally pretty difficult for me to have an orgasm, especially with another person, so I'm not surprised in that - but sex feels better than anything I've ever done, and I still can't get close!

Are there any tips anyone can give me for having an orgasm? I feel like it's my insecurity issues, maybe, or something like that, but I want to be able to let go and make it easier for myself to have an orgasm. Thanks for any help.

It's harder for a female to orgasm because the clitoris isn't being fully stimulated.. that's why.

I would try to make closer skin to skin contact and spread your legs more to get more stimulation. Or have you or your boyfriend use his/your fingers to stimulate it as you're doing it.

i'm on birth control, have been for about 3 yrs now. i was put on it by my doctor. well just about a yr ago i was put on a medication for my anxiety disorder. i've heard that medication basically cancels out your birth control. is this true? wouldn't you think my doctor would have told me this when she prescribed my medication, because she is the one i went to for both my bc and the medication.

Your Doctor would have told you if it did.

And to my understanding, many psychotics, antianxiety and antidepressants don't cancel out birth control. I do know some antibiotics do.

For full assurance, I would call up your Doctor or Pharmacist. They'd tell you.

I am more republican, and seeing Obama becoming president was a bad move for America. His, "yes we can" is false advertisement, because he just made our economy worse, and I don't think McCain can really make it better either. I voted for McCain, because I feel he would know more about the government than Obama.

I am not racist; I love people of all races and ethnicities; but really either of them can do a great job, they just need to make the right choices.

Hi i'm 18 years old female and I was wondering which birth control pill do you prefere? I have been doing research on Yaz and Sprintec. I really like yaz but it is really expensive compared to sprintec so I was wondering it it worth the extra money or is Sprintec just as good?

I never tried Sprintec, but only recommend Yaz if you have have moderate acne and PMDD; not mild acne and PMS.

Ingredients in Yaz would help with severe symptoms prior to your period.

I did take Yaz, and it worked for me. Only side effect I had was moodiness because of the hormones.

You will rarely find a cheap birth control. And if you need any budget help, a clinic may help you. I would maybe look into that and see what contraceptive they will recommend you for.

A famous clinic is planned parenthood. I'd try them, and see what they say. If you are insured, I would go to a Doctor instead. I wouldn't recommend getting one you may think is okay. A doctor would know more about what is right for you than you are.

I'd see someone before you choose first.

so i'm wanting to switch birth controls because ive been on depo for about the time that the recomend being on it and i was wondering what birth control people recomend? It would be nice if it was something that caused fewer periods like depo but it doesnt really matter.. I would also like something that might increase the size of my breasts. I know i should be asking my gyno not you people but i want to have some idea of what i want before i go in there.

Going for an oral contraceptive worked well for me. I had a similar question to this, so I probably just copy & paste the answer..

I was on several birth controls. The one that made my boobs grow the biggest was Femcon Fe. Yet I was also on Ortho Tricylcen Lo, Yaz, and another one but can't think of it at this time. Femcon Fe was the one I was on the longest though, about a year, and grew about a cup size.

I would recommend Ortho actually at first b/c it's a low dose hormone birth control, and in my experience I had the least side effects. I went on to stronger birth controls though because of my PMS and cramps problems. Then, your Doctor may prescribe you something stronger or something; but they may put you on a low dose at first though. Does depend how much was in Depo.

Hello. I am a female and I'm 14. I met my boyfriend a year ago but we have been dating for 4 months. We recently started having sex--we love each other. Yes, there is a possibility of pregnancy cause you had unprotected sex. He may not of felt ejaculation, but he still could of, and you wouldn't know it.

Yet, if that was when he climaxed, then most of the semen discharged from that moment. I'd still risk chances of pregnancy. Always wear a condom.

Plus, you said two days ago. You didn't "get pregnant" yet. It takes a week to two weeks, and you won't know til the fifth week usually. You were out of your ovulation window, so that is better news, but still have a chance.

Yes, it sounds like your period and it's normal to discharge brown blood. Pads do take some getting used to.

Lately I have had a large amount of discharge and its very unusual. I am a virgin but I have given blow jobs, although, this was over a year ago.I don't think its an STD because I'm just now experiencing this. I don't know if its normal or not.

If it's coming out clear, you're fine. Sometimes the amount of discharge you get will flunctuate.

If it's a different color than usual, like a creamy or yellow substance, I'd see a Doctor, because it could mean some infection such as a Yeast infection. Another sign could be itching.. if you're not itching, and the color is normal, that's just your body trying to "clean you out."

I can tell you what I know.

Back in the late 80's/early 90's, many people would wear those jelly bracelets to parties or outtings. When they were invited for sexual activity, their partner would cut off the jelly bracelet, depending on the color and what they did. Different colors mean different activities. I don't know what each color stands for, though. It was just the trend back then.
