At age 15, I was raped by my boyfriend. So I guess my story's a little different than everyone else's.
I mean, of course I regret it. But at the same time, it's taught me a lot -- for instance, now I am a lot less trusting when it comes to guys. That doesn't mean I don't trust them at all, just that I am more wary of what people are capable of. I've taken self defense classes and I know that if something like this happens again, I'll know how to protect myself.
Still, I don't consider the rape losing my virginity, because I believe your "virginity" is something that you share with someone you care about, and it can't be stolen from you unwillingly.
As far as "giving away" my virginity... that wasn't until I was 18. Not because I was a prude, I just hadn't had a lot of luck with guys after my rape and failed relationship. I don't regret losing my virginity to him -- partially because we're still together a year and a half later. Even if we weren't though, I wouldn't regret it because I love him, and I loved him when I chose to have sex with him. Plus, I've always learned to never regret something that once made you smile. =]

It tells you everything you need to know about its accuracy -- it's not quite as effective as a condom, and as far as I know it will NOT protect against STD's, because it's simply a film that dissolves inside your vagina and releases spermicide. But if it's used with the birth control, you should be very protected and not have anything to worry about.

Q: I'm a teenager and I've been going out with my boyfriend for 7 months. I love him so much and he loves me. I think I'm ready to have sex, but there is no way I'd do it with just a condom. I'd be so scared it would break. I wouldn't be able to sleep or enjoy anything, yet I don't know how to get on the pill without either asking my mother which she would pass out because I'm "too young" or having to go to planned parenthood and getting a pelvic exam. Now I know when I'm older I need pelvic exams, but there isn't a need for one yet. I haven't had sex or anything and I'm not comfortable with a doctor I don't know down there on me. It took me a long time for even my boyfriend. I am not an easy girl and I have tried to wait as long as I can. I'm just afraid I won't be able to take it one day and not be prepared. So does anyone know how to get on it without having to go through either of those. Please help. Thanks Oh yeah I'm 14/f and my boyfriend is 16/m

First of all, you'll have to get a pelvic exam no matter WHERE you go, whether it's Planned Parenthood or a gynecologist. No doctor would put you on the Pill without giving you an exam first, because they have to make sure everything's "in the right place" and you don't have any issues. Even 14-year-olds can get cervical cancer, and even if they've never had sex. And anyway, the Pill isn't always right for everyone. Some people have issues that would cause the Pill to make you VERY sick.
Second of all, if you're 14 years old and you're ready to have sex, that's fine. But you're not going to get birth control without parental consent anywhere, probably. At my local Planned Parenthood, you have to be 16 without parental consent. Not to mention the fact that if your mother is going to have a problem with it, you probably don't want to go against her wishes, because you're going to get yourself in a hell of a lot of trouble, one way or another.

Q: my friend has feelings for her female teacher, it is definately not me. but my friend has been coming to me for advice and i dont really know what to say to her. her teacher is more like a close friend. she gives her lifts home and they talk outside of school hours. my friend recently tried to commit suicide and the teacher was there for her then. but she still feels low and confused because of the age difference and the whole situation. any ideas what i can say to her? thanks

Well, I think you need to tell your friend to back off. In a gentler way, of course.
It seems like the teacher is just trying to go above and beyond and be a good friend, NOT be a boyfriend.
The thing is, nothing could ever happen between these two, until your friend turns 18. It's completely illegal for them to have any form of relationship, even if they're not sleeping together. On another note, does she really want to bring that stigma to herself AND to the teacher, and risk him losing his job and reputation? I don't think so.
If she cares about this teacher, then she will value his reputation and let him live his life, without a romantic relationship with a student.

There are plenty.
The most common is herpes -- even if he doesn't look like he has any sores, he could still have herpes and you can contract it.
You can also get HIV/AIDS if he carries the virus, especially if you have a sore in your mouth.
You can also get syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, chlamidia, and other diseases.

Q: i was having sex with this guy. he left the condom here & when he left i went to throw it out and there was a hole not at the tip but alittle more on the side. i dont know if he came. there wasnt any in the condom. & i would be able to tell if he did inside me right ? well after the first time we waited like an hour and went again but i started bleeding i dont know if it was my period but it wasnt my cherry cause thats been poped. it wasnt just alittle scratch it was coming from my vagina. its most likly my period. but im worried about pregnancy. im only 15. should i buy a test even if this is my period ?

If you had sex, then YES, there's a chance you could be pregnant. Even if he didn't come inside you, and even if there wasn't a hole, you still could be. Good job on that. =]
Some women bleed for a little while, 3-4 days after egg fertilization... but this was too early for that (unless you had sex with him or someone else a few days ago). Anyway, I doubt that. Still, even if it was your period, you should get a pregnancy test.
And if you're not old and mature enough to handle the consequences of teen sex, then you shouldn't be having it.

First of all, just because you haven't done those other things, does NOT mean you're not ready. If you're 100% sure you're ready to have sex (even if it's just oral or fingering), and you want to be safe and knowledgeable about it, then no one can stop you. =]
Well, if your guy loves you, then he won't care about your pubic hair at all. Plus, every guy is different and will like different things. Generally, though, guys think it's good to "groom" it in some way. Even if you don't want to shave ALL your hair off, you could shave just your bikini line (whatever shows outside of underwear/a bathing suit) and just trim the rest of it to shorten it.
As far as fingering goes... I think you should try masturbating to find out what YOU like and what makes you feel good, so that you can tell your boyfriend. If he's as inexperienced as you are in this field, he'll probably appreciate the help. As far as what "response" I'm assuming you mean moaning or whatever? Just do what feels good and right while he's doing it. If you want to make some noise, go for it -- but not every woman does.
Hand jobs and blow jobs are easy. First of all, I'd suggest telling your boyfriend, "I've never done ANYTHING like this before, so if something doesn't feel good, tell me. If it feels really good and you want me to do it more, tell me." Trust me, if you make it known that it's okay to give you guidance, then he will. That'll make it a lot easier. As far as actually DOING it, go here:
http://www.handjobguide.org/howto.html
http://www.bjtutorial.com/how_to_give_fellatio.htm
These sites are for educational purposes only, and feature NO pictures (just to let the mods know I'm not showing you porn, haha).
As far as hurting... well, it depends on the girl. My friend that I'm talking to says that it hurt the first time she got fingered, but only for a second and then it felt good. She also says that when she had sex the first time, it hurt (again, only for a second) and she bled a little (which is completely normal; sometimes your hymen is still intact and when it breaks, there's a little blood, and it's NOTHING to worry about).
Me, however, I didn't hurt or bleed. It all depends on the woman. But if it does happen to hurt for you, then just let your guy know and ask him to slow down until you can get more acclamated. =]
Please, if you decide to have sex, use a condom. =]

Q: Can someone still finger you even if you havent had your period yet?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you haven't had your period, then you're probably what... 13? Younger? Maybe a little older.
If you're that young, why are you thinking about sexual acts?
But to answer your question, yes. You can get fingered, no matter what age or "sexual maturity" you are.

Q: I've been on birth control for about 4 or 5 months now, and I've never missed a pill. But last weekend I took it about an hour later than usual, and ended up having sex. We didn't use a condom, but I still took my pill that day, what do you think the odds are of me being pregnant?

You're fine. The effectiveness of birth control is usually only compromised if you MISS one or more pills in a row. Your BC shouldn't have been affected by that, so you can rest easy. =]

If she doesn't want to do anything about it, maybe she can get a bathing suit with a shorts bottom like this:

Q:
okay. me and this kid have a history. we've dated on and off. but he's the only guy im fully comfortable with.
he asked me if id have sex with him.
and i want to .. bad.
but at the same time. this is gonna seem weird. but i get really bad ingrown hairs and their red and gross. i dont want him to think i have some weird disguisting disease .. i'm not sure how to go about it. i've avoided all stuff like this so i dont have to tell anyone. its embarassing and ugly.
so its either dont do stuff. or do it like udner blankets wit the lights off. i dont know ..

Well, if you're "fully comfortable" with him, like you say you are, then why can't you just tell him something like, "I have these stupid ingrown hairs because my razor is gay; I really need to buy a new one." Or something like that. If he cares about you, he'll understand.

The only way I can orgasm is if I give myself clitoral stimulation while he's basically doing all the rest of the work. Try touching yourself when you're on top (this is a lot easier if he's got his hands on your hips and he's thrusting up instead of you doing the work). You can also try it in missionary position or doggy-style; those are the only ones that work for me.
If that doesn't work, try getting a vibrator or something like that. If you think he'll be weirded out by that, just go buy one and say that you thought it would be fun to try toys in bed, just to be more adventurous or whatever.

Q: I just recently (2 weeks ago?) lost my virginity,
and now I've been noticing my..er.. smell.. more. (16/f btw) is that normal?
Also, when my boyfriend and I have sex, sometimes he doesnt actually go inside me? Is that something that he'll just figure out how to do on his own or should I help out?

I think it's normal -- that's the way it happened with me. I think it sort of kick-started those hormones and whatnot. If you have a problem with it though, you can try Summer's Eve feminine wash and wipes and whatnot. Whatever you do though, don't douche!
As far as your second question... I'd suggest helping out. If he hasn't realized this yet (which just means he's as inexperienced as you are), then he might not realize it any time soon. I had this problem with an ex... and I er, took the bull by the horns, so to speak. If you guide it in there yourself, he probably won't feel like an idiot AND you'll actually be having sex, haha. =]

The best way to prevent that is to go poop first -- I know that doesn't make sense. But your anus (um, butthole) is only there to transport poop from your intestines to the toilet, and if you poop before, there's nothing there.
You could also try buying an enema, it's like a douche for your butt. I doubt you'll find it in a drugstore though... you might have to go to a sex shop or something like that if you're old enough to get in.

Q: Is giving head considered Anal Sex?
|
|
|

No. Giving head is putting a dick into your mouth, which would make it oral sex.
Anal sex is having a guy put his penis in your butt hole.

Trojan.
My boyfriend and I have been having sex for over a year, and we have used different brands, and Trojan has been the most reliable -- other brands have broken, been uncomfortable, and stuff like that. =] If it's your first time at ALL, make sure to use something lubricated, or buy a lube that's made for use with condoms (like KY -- NEVER use Vaseline).
I'm glad you're thinking ahead about protection. Good luck, and enjoy yourselves. ;]
EDIT: Vaseline is a bad idea because 1] it compromises the condom itself and makes it more prone to breakage, and 2] it gets rid of the spermicide, which is half the reason you use condoms in the first place.

Q: About a week ago my boyfriend fingered me. I was with him for at least an hour before this and I know that he didn't jerk off or anything. I highly doubt it. If he washed his hands, then there wouldn't be any sperm on his fingers -- and even if there was, they would have lost their fertilizing capabilities due to the air. =]

It depends on the guy. Some guys like really big boobs, but some don't -- for example, I have 34A boobs, and my boyfriend says they're just right (his exact words are "anything bigger than a mouthful is a waste" haha). Some guys don't care about boobs at all.
As far as pubic hair goes, guys have different preferences about that too. My boyfriend personally likes some hair to be there (just a little) because he says if there's no hair, it feels like he's having sex with a 6-year-old girl. Other guys don't like hair at all though, and some prefer girls to just leave their pubic hair alone and let it grow and do its own thing.
Like I said, it all depends on the guy. But if you're with a guy that truly cares about you, he won't care at all.
