I've been on birth control for about 4 or 5 months now, and I've never missed a pill. But last weekend I took it about an hour later than usual, and ended up having sex. We didn't use a condom, but I still took my pill that day, what do you think the odds are of me being pregnant?
Additional info, added Saturday May 26 2007, 5:25 pm: Also, I'm 17, and my boyfriend pulled out before he came, which I know isn't a good method, but I still took my pill that day, just an hour late so I thought it'd be fine.. But if you're on the mini-pill this is 3 hours usually.
If you forgot to take it after these hours and you forgot to take more than one, then it would probably have an effect on the effectiveness of the pill.
But either way, you were only an hour late, so you should be alright :)
