The only way I can orgasm is if I give myself clitoral stimulation while he's basically doing all the rest of the work. Try touching yourself when you're on top (this is a lot easier if he's got his hands on your hips and he's thrusting up instead of you doing the work). You can also try it in missionary position or doggy-style; those are the only ones that work for me.
