Q: What kinds of things do you do in Girl Scouts and how old do you need to be to join?

you can be as young as kindergarten. i joined in kindergarten. in girls scouts you go through daisies then brownies then girl scouts. in girls scouts you have meetings and field trips and camping outings. its a lot of fun. you can make crafts and projects at the meetings. you also get the joy of selling girl scout cookies. thats fun.

Q: okayy i have 90$ to spend on christmas presents for 3 girls and 3 boys. The girls i have picked out already and that leaves me with about 40$. This one guy jimmy, i like a real lot and i was thinking of gettin him a 24$ calonge from abercrombie so thats 26$ left. i don't know what i can get my other two friends.

Luke- he's a skater, he's funny, likes sugars and candies and even though he's 13 hes pretty much loving in a 8 year old attitude. like he gets excited over stupid things and the other guy, Tyler if pretty much the same way only hes not a skater i dont know what i can get either of then with 26$ so if anyone had ideas i'd appreciate them so much!

for luke, get him a hackysack or some decals for his board. hacky sacks are about 7 dollars at pac sun.for tyler, if you have like jokes between you two get him some things that have to do with them. like if you laugh everytime you see a person with a red shirt on, get him a red shirt. sorry thats all i could think of for them.

Q: I'm going christmas shopping for all of my friends tommorow. I know what to get all of my close friends that are girls, but I really don't know what to get my best guy friend. It's actually kind of sad because I've known him for almost 5 years, but I am seriously clueless on what to get him. Can someone please tell me what guys like as gifts, that isn't priced over $25, besides gift cards? Thanks!

get him a t-shirt or a hat. if he likes to hacky sack get him one. trust me they can never have enough. i bough presents for like my best guy friends and i have like eight. they like just getting anything. if you can't get him anything else get him a gift card to like a movie theater or his favorite store. for my best friend's b-day im palnning on taking her to a store and letting her pck things she likes and im gonna buy her them. try doing that with him. or be sneaky. take him with you and see what he looks at. then go back and get that when hes not with you. thats what i did with one of my friends and she was sooo happy. hope everything works out.

you should go to be with your friend. ask them if you could invite someone to go with ya'll. if you cant then just go and have fun. try to forget that you like him for the night. just relax and have fun!

Q: ok, my best friend and i have known each other since we were 2. we're actually a lot more like sisters, because we know everything about each other. we're now sophomores in high school, and she has yet to make one friend of her own. every friend she has was because i was friends with them first, which isnt a problem, but she needs to seriously be able to make her own friends. we have EVERY class together, and she just tags along. i never get a break from her. i cant stand her attitude, and if i hadnt have known her my whole life i probably wouldnt choose to be friends with her. she judges everyone and is just plain mean. i honestly need to get away from her but i cant, and i cant talk to her because shell just go crying to MY friends and try to get them to be on her side. what the hecks and i supposed to do!?!?

tell her that she needs to stop being mean. if that problem continues keep confronting her about it. about her being kind of up your butt, tell her you need to take a break from her right now. if she gets mad just let her. she will have to make friends if you arent with her. if she keeps hanging around you see if you can get your schedule changed or ask to be moved to a different seat in class. hope your problems gets better.

I have two best friends. One (shelby) has her sweet sixteen coming up in december. She has planned on just spending time with her mom, but my other best friend ( christa) and i know thats not what she wants to do. Its just something that her mom made her feel guilty about. Well we decided we are going to throw her a surprize sleepover in my basement, somewhere around her birthday. My question is, I dont know exactly where to start. I also need ideas for what to do. This party is coming totally out of christa and my pocket (with a little help from out moms) so It cant be expensive. Any help would be appreciated!

i did this for one of my frends too. we planned it like a week before her b-day so she wouldnt suspect anything. i printed out invitations and gave them to the guests while she wasnt around. we bought chips and a cake and snacks. to get her there i said we were going to go to the movies. so that way we knew she wouldnt be late because we would be late for the movie. when she got to my house, we yelled surprise. but in your case, you could invite her to the movies but tell her you forgot something in the basemwnt and you need her to help you find it. then when you open the door, yell surprise. we stayed up watchin movies and listening to music.

i am the same way. i have a lot of guy frends. its fine to have guy frends. i luv some of my guy frends like theyre my brothers. the others r just frends. i like having some guy frends b/c they can give you advice on things girl frends cant. plus they dont have all the gossiping and attitude like a lot of girls. my frends think the same thing that like i shudnt hang out with them so much, but they are my frends. if your frends still bother you about it, tel them why you like to hang out with them. if they still dont get it just ignore them.

you might just be more comfortable around guys. i am kinda the same way. when i was in elementary school, girls thought guys were groos, i was hanging out with them. most of my best friends are guys. some girls mite not like you b/c they want to be close to boys like you.

Q: I have been in a fight with my best friend for about a week and I have no idea what to do to make us friends again. The fight was over a really stupid reason. She used to have me change her myspace because she didn't know how to do the colors or anything. Well, I haven't really looked at it in a while since she wasn't allowed to go on it anymore. She claims about a month ago she went on and fixed it the way she liked and that I changed it. So she's being seriously retarded about it and won't forgive me. So what should I do? Don't say forget about her she's an idiot (I know she is already) because I don't want to end our friendship over this.

Maybe you could tell her that even though you didnt do it that your sorry about what happened. Then you could go on to tell her that you would still like to be friends with her because you dont wont to lose her.

maybe you could challenge him to a tennis game. if he gains a point you have to tell him one of your interests. if you gain a point he has to tell you one of his. or you could just play tennis and talk while you play.

you could do a party for 20 people. you could play cd's and stuff. i usually do that for my birthday and it works pretty good.

you could list the things you like about each person on paper and see which person has better qualities that you like. if that doesnt work, try thinking of the one that you can see yourself with. if worse comes to worse talk to your friends and see if they can help you since they probably know these boys and you. if you need more help you can instant message me on maepela321 on AIM.

you should just tell your best frend that olivia is using her. if sh doesnt believe you try and get throuh to her by evidence or having other people tell her too.
that olivia chick kind of did the same thing to me in elementary school by making me known as a geek or dork. i kno how you feel.

Q: Okay, I made a new friend at the beginning of this previous school year and we are pretty close. Well, she can get very annoying sometimes and be really aggravating alot. Well, is it normal for me to want to spend time away for her?

i feel the same way about one of my frends. it is perfectly fine to want to spend time away from her. if you spend time away from her then you might be able to spend more time on other things.
