about

I'm in 8th grade and I go to Abbott Middle School. I'm thirteen. I love my friends and my boyfriend. Partying is love.
I'm Indian. =) And I would love to give you advice about anything and everything. Ask away!
advice
I am wearing a kind of a fire-truck red dress to an event, what is a good color nail polish to wear with it. NOT a matching shade of red, or pink. Oh and I am wearing red shoes too
shiny black or a french manicure [[white tips]] would work
hope i helped! =)
what eyeliner stays on the longest?
maybelline and MAC. they're both really good. and try the twist-up kind, not the sharpening kind. liquid doesn't work too well with the bottom, either.
hope i helped! =)
I want some ideas to totally change up my outfits. Most of my creativity is drained out and now become trends at our school .. so now I'm just back to looking just like everyone else.
I dress more on the girly side usually with some crazy pattern, shoe, or necklace thrown in to offset the style. Latley, I've been mixing up my hair textures (curls, straight etc) but now everything seems so overdone. Any ideas?
well, what i reccomend, is look through an issue of Vogue and mix up the outfits they feature in there.
also, go for things that was in style a few years ago, and bring them back. it's retro.
hope i helped :]
i straighten and blowdry my hair everyday and it gets kinda poofy and has split ends.. so what can i do to get healthy hair again?
garnier fructis haa a smoothing milk, which i use. it's used for frizz control. it works really good, i use it every morning. you can find it at pretty much any drug store or even wal-mart.
hope i helped :]
I got a perm over the summer and it's now becoming really loose....it's super curly in some spots and in other spots it's totally straight. When i scrunch it it looks really bad, and when i straighten it, in the spots it's super curly it leaves little kinks. I really don't want to put it up all the time, i love styling my hair and wearing it down. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do with it? I would like it to not always be something that will completely damage my hair. Thanks so much, and i will rate!
garnier fructis products will never fail you. remember that. an also, my suggestion would be to get another perm, maybe? this time you could try straightening your hair.
hope i helped :]
okay how much does it usually cost to get your hair thinned at a salon. i want tog et it done. and how long does it usually last and does it actually work? also does it damage your hair at all and like what do they do?
it won't be too expensive [no more than $20 is my guess], but it'll just keep growing back again and again, so watch out. it takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes, maybe less, and it may or may not look good, so be extra careful.
does anybody know where this quote is from i think its like;
"what are you doing for the rest of your life?"
and hes asking her to marry him??
thanx
The Monster-In-Law [it's a Jennifer Lopez movie]
i get really bad dark shadows under my eyes, no matter how much sleep i get, and i was wondering if anyone knew a really good, and easy to use coverup that i could use. [i'm not a big make-up person, so simple would be great]
anything that has worked for you personally would be appreciated, but if you just have an idea, or something someone you know has used. that'd be great too.
thanks
Try CoverGirl products. They have the best coverup [I've been using them for years] and they don't damage your skin or cause you to break out.
When my boyfriend comes to hang out with me at my house I never know what to wear. Sense I still do live with my parents I know i cant dress over the top or they might suspect something. Any ideas how i can look sexii but cute and clean at the same time?
Try some low-rise jeans and a tank top. Or maybe something with a scoop neck that doesn't go too low.
But if you're feeling a little daring, try a DENIM miniskirt [cotton might be a little skimpy] and a cami or tight t-shirt.
does anyone know any good mascaras and where to buy them? my eyelashes are extremely long, but arent really that thick so maybe one that makes them thicker or more defined? i really have no idea...
thanks chicas!
Maybelline works the best. It's what I use. You can get Maybelline products at almost any drug store, too.
if you put your hair in 4 braids before you go to sleep will it be wavy when you wake up? like good waves, or will it look crimpy and bad? does it help if your hair is wet, oe whatever? i want to try it for school.
thanks
btw, step by step would be nicee lol
well if it's wet then it's probably gonna turn out crimpy. but whenever i want to wave my hair, i just put it in 2 tight braids and spray the braids with Pantene Pro-V Classic Hairspray [I think any hairspray would work] before I go to sleep.
My sweet 16 theme is Hollywood and me and my friends want to go all out. We are trying to think of people to dress as, but are coming up blank.
I'd love to hear some advice on it, or even a website for ideas.
I tried google but it didn't help me much.
Thanks
well, you should watch a lot of music videos and try to dress like the celebs in them. like, one of you could wear a cropped top and slacks with a lot of blush and brown eyeshadow, like JLO in Get Right.
is it slutty to wear an oversized shirt that tightens below the butt and leggings out?
no, i don't think so. it would probably look cute!
I have a light blue swimsuit but it has sand stuck in the material. It is noticable.. is there anyway I can get it out?
I've tried stretching the suit and rubbing it to try to remove sand but it is wrecking the shape and takes a long time.
Thanks!
it should come out when you wash it [remember to turn it inside out]
hey guys i want to get my cartlage pierced and i dont know what side to do i know people say u can get either and get the side you sleep on the least but i want to get the side that will look the cutest so could someone give me some advice on people they know that got theres done and tell me what side they got it done on or even u i just want to get it on the side that most people will see you know well please help me!!! thanks
Most people get them pierced on their left. The right looks sort of hard-core, and the left is way cuter. It doesn't really matter if you sleep on it or not. Well, it might hurt a little for a week or so after you get it pierced, but after that, it'll feel really normal
I'm looking for something that will permanently remove hair. I was thinking about getting one of those pen type hair remover things. Have any of you ever used one? Does it really work? Is it easy to use? (I can't afford real electrolysis.)
I have never used one, but I know that it might damage your skin.
Before doing anything, be sure to read this:
http://www.hairfacts.com/permanent.html
Here is a good quality product for you to use:
http://www.naturalwellbeing.com/nwbproducts/product_info.cfm/prod/26 (Doesn't permanently remove hair the first time, but will stop it from growing back on the 2nd - 4th time.)
Hope I helped! =]
I have medium lenght hair but it takes about 3 hours to blow dry and straighten!! any tips?
towel dry your hair first, then blow dry it. that way you apply less heat onto it, and it causes less damage for yout hair.
THEN, straighten your hair with long strokes-move the straightener down extra slowly.
I have curly hair a little below my shoulders and I really want it to be straight. With the straightener I have right now it takes me about two hours to straighten my hair after I shower, so it's starting to prevent my from showering as much. What kinds of good cermanic hair straighteners/products are there? I did some research on an Oblivie Hair Straightening System, does anyone know anything about that?
Well, you could get it done in a salon, but that might be really expensive.
I've only heard of Ogilivie, not Oblivie (or was that a typo?)
The Ogilivie Hair Straightening System is actually really good (from what I hear. I've never actually tried it out myself), but you should also try this stuff:
http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?id=prod869237&CATID=100321&skuid=sku869225&V=G&ec=frgl_693111#
That's what I use.
I really hope I helped. =]
Wear can you get those girl pants that are like plaid and they aren't quit capris are they are boy short length.
I've seen them in the guys section at american eagle and ive seen girls wear then but ive never seen them in stores. like a girl working at hollister wore a really cute pair of pink ones but i searched the store and they didn't have any
i want to say they are called bermuda shorts
and please tell me places where they acually carry then, not did at one time and no longer do (i prefer stores over websites)
i've seen them at abercrombie, abercrombie & fitch, and hollister.
Some girls dun look good but they have full, ultimate confidence in themselves. Can someone tell me how they manage to do that?
I look not too bad but i just cant have that much confidence like them. My confidence wavers a lot and is easily shattered. How can i achieve that ultimate confidence? and stay confident for long?
Look into your mirror and take some time to notice all of your good points. Whenever you feel a little less confident, remember all of these points.
And remember: confidence is sexier than big boobs or a big butt.
Don't let your confidence get shattered by anything that anyone says about you. You're beautiful!
Smile big and flaunt what you've got.
