Hey im 13f and it seems everyone has a boyfriend of girlfriend but me. It's really starting to bother me lately because ive liked this guy for over a year and he's known about it but doesnt do anything. I want to get over him and try and move on and meet a new guy, but its kind of hard because i get really shy and are extremely afraid of rejection. So really my questions are how to get over this guy and how to get to know new ones

you have to make yourself stop liking the other guy. just erase him from your life. yea im serious.
new guys come in when you make friendships with them and that can lead to boyfriend and girlfriend. so you wanna have guyfriends. just start talking to guys more.
also a great place to meet and hang out with guys is at sports and clubs. so like join track or a youth group. boys might seem a little intimidating to just go up and start talking to them but they are just as nervous about talking to girls as you. and if you act like your intrested in what they have to say and smile they will have all the more reason to like you.

This Friday is this HUGE dance... everyone goes and I am getting tickets from this guy I know. So, he's going to be there and somtimes I get tongue-tied and say stupid things around guys. omg! some guys do that to me! but its easy to fix.
you have to relax around him. let him talk more
that way the pressure isnt all on you to keep the
conversation going. like ask him a guestion about something he can go on and on about maybe sports
or if he is gonna play lacrosse in the spring whatever. or about the dance. think before you speak and remember its just a guy. he already likes you enough to get tickets for you so really you cant do anything that will make him think your weird.
cause he already likes you and probably thinks ur hott. just be chill and have fun. you can be like
maybe if your lucky ill save a dance for you.
or hit him playfully or touch his arm. you have
to like play a game with him. thts really sexy.
have fun at ur dance! and if he dances with another girl than you should ask another boy!

So there's this guy that I'm best friends with. And we've been friends since 4th grade, so we know each other really well. Well, I like him. A lot. I really want to go out with him. Last night at the school dance we slow danced together and now everyone thinks we're going out. And I could tell he enjoyed dancing with me. I mean I would just ask him out but there's more. Two of my other friends like him. One likes him a lot and I'm afarid to tell her I like him (even though she was one of the people that got us to dance). The other one only likes him a little and knows I like him, and, frankly, doesn't care (as in she wouldn't be mad if we went out). But I still don't want anyone to be mad at me. What do I do? Thanks. well i think your other two friends can tell that since he danced with you he likes you and not them. that can be really depressing to see the guy you like dancing with another girl. so think about how they must feel. but be happy cause you know the guy likes you the best! but dont take advantage of it.
if your one friend really likes him and would be hurt if you two went out then no i dont think you should go out. because it will ruin your friendship.
remember boys are whatever friends are forever.

I started going out with this guy that I really like and he's turning 17 real soon and I'm his 1st gf. if he is too shy to make a move on you. then you have to do it! go girl! grab his hand and put it down your shirt. or on your butt. then he will know its ok to touch you.

ok so anyway, i was going out with this guy, and i thought he really cared about me, like everything was going good, and then we broke up cus it was a difficult time in my life and i didnt want a b/f, so we just cooled it and we started talking instantly after the break up and we gained a really close relationship, like a brother-sister one, and then everything in my life was going good and he loved me, and he proved it too, and it was so real,i could just tell that it was real, so anyway we started going out, and then he broke up with me because he said he liked us better as friends because we talked more. but then he started going out with this other girl, and i was reading some questions on here and i found one that he asked not to long before we went out, and it said that he really like this otehr girl and that she was the one for him and he thought he had liked me, and now i dont know what to do, because he could have been lying about ever loving me at all or he could of been telling the truth, but how can i make him see that i really love him, and that i want him back without sounding like some weirdo creep?...

then im sorry but you cant really break them up or anything.
you could tell him that you still love him if your
together or not. then go off and have some fun.
let him think that one over. if he decides he wants
you to then great if not then go find another guy.
if he likes another girl you cant dwell on him cause you'll be hurting yourself more. this happened to me

ok well there where these two boys in my gym class and they where cute but i never thought anything of it, until they where being stupid and started screaming (talking loudly) saying ohhh he thinks your cute and stuff so i;m like whatever.. then one of the kids nick ended up being in my cooking class and i thought hey hes cute and stuff. so i told my friend who knows him to tell him that i thought he was cute and she did today.. he turned to his friend matt and started to like snicker not rudly i guess but like oh we knew she thought i was cute already. i want to die (not literally). he mad me so mad so i told my friend kiki that i was going to give him dirty looks in cooking and shes like no you should'nt do that cuzz he was'nt being mean bout it. i dont know what to do. should i ignore he exists and start to like someone else, give him dirry looks?? i have no idea what to do but he mad me fell like crap..

Ok well somedays ago i went to this party.....my best friend was there but his g/f wasnt......so he was flirting and doin all that shit with this other girl.....his g/f found out and they broke up.....so we started talkin and she said she was likin me more and more everyday and would consider goin out with me sometime.....well a minute later her "boyfriend" called and siad he wants to get back together with her and he lied to her just so they could get back together.....so she pretty much abandoned me. but she did say "I really do like you maybe as just a friend but you mean a lot to me" I need help!!! For all you people that said you shouldn't have a boyfriend at 13. Shut up!!! you can have a boyfriend you should just make sure it doesn't get serious. Also remember anything you do with him could give you a bad rep and make you look like a slut. Anyway,
with parents you have to ease into trust. You could ask them if you could have a boyfriend but not go out on dates and then once they get used to that ask if you could have group dates with friends. or like if you wanna go to the movies your mom could come and just not sit with you. Remember your parents love you a lot and thats why they are doing this. they want to protect you. I think you should act more responsible and then your parents will let you do more stuff.

Its normal to be scared of kissing. Just tell him your not ready to kiss yet and can we take things slower. The most important thing is not to let him pressure you into kissing him. Your the only one who can decide when your ready to kiss him. Don't rush things go at your own pace.

I am getting closed to 18 and I have never had a boyfriend. Now, it seems kind of weird, but I have no problem with it. I've had plenty of shots, but I'm not rushing anything and dont plan to waste time with the wrong guy. {I'm very picky.) My family, on the other hand, makes it seem like a big deal, when it's not. They are always asking me why I haven't brought any guys home, etc. My younger sister, who happens to be a huge slut, made this ridiculous remark that I am a lesbian. Now her and my parents joke about it. And sometimes I think they really think that. (Which I'm not. I'm totally against that stuff and they know it.) Whenever my sister and I get in fights she's always like "Atleast I've had a boyfriend." I know I'm not experienced and stuff..but there's no one I'd want to go out with at the moment. I've already explained this to my family, but they still get on my case about it. I used to be able to ignore it easily, but now it's hard. I already have a low self esteem, and they arent making it any easier for me. Any suggestions? (link)

Get to know some of the guys you have considered not good enough.Maybe after you get to know them you realize you do want a boyfriend. About the wasting your time with the wrong guy you have to date a lot of boys to find prince charming. He isn't going to be your first boyfriend.I think you have been wasting your time not having a boyfriend! Once you at least have one boyfriend your sister can't tease you anymore. Tell your family it really hurts your feelings joking about you being a lesbian. Your sister sounds like a major league byotch. Don't worry about what she says.

dont wait get it now! maybe u had really shy boyfriends. if your going out with a boy you should know that they want to kiss you but they are very nervous about it. maybe you could just kiss him so your getting your kiss and he doesnt have to worry about making the move. or you should date guys a year or two older than you so they will have more expierence and of course kiss and make out with you. hey my boyfriend currently dumped me because he felt bad because he didn't have anytime 2 hang out w/ me because of his job and stuff. So he dumped me and i found someone else and i didn't tell him that i was going out w/ some else. And hes like im guna quit my job 4 u and stuff like that cause my boss is being a jerk and i was like well i already have a boyfriend. Then he was like serious and he said fine ill find someone else. See the problem is is that we still both have feelings 4 each other but he is starting 2 get 2 know another girl and he says it might be a while before him and i actually can go out again! He says he needs 2 get 2 know me better and we might go out sooner. Everytime i try asking him something online or anything he answers quickly but then signs off. I think he still likes you but he thinks since your going out with someone else that you don't like him anymore. Why are you going out with someone when you still like the other guy that is not fair to your new boyfriend. To get your other guy back you should tell your new boyfriend he is a great guy but your in love with your ex. Then tell your guy that you love him and you want to be with him and not any other guys. That will make him want to come back to you because he doesnt have to make you jeolous any more.
