My name is Misty. Im 23 years old. Im a part time bartendar a part time student and a full time mother of 3 kids. My oldest son is 6years old and my youngest son is 8weeks old and my daughter is 18 months.Ive been through alot in my short life and feel I can anwser just about anything and I hope my advice helps you out.
I thought this would be a good idea because Im the one everyone calls when they have a problem so I figured I would spread the love.
Ive taken many courses in psychology during my college courses if that helps any.
Just to make it clear my advice is what I think is best but you have to judge for yourself on what you believe to be the best thing to do in your sitation.

15/f...i went out with this guy ive been best friends with since sixth grade and were now in 9th and so it was a few months and everything was perfect and i just told myself everything was wrong but it wasnt and so i broke up with him for no reason at all i was just like its over.. and so its been about two months and he went out with this other chick and they broke up and now i realize what a big mistake ive made and we were BEST friends we told each other everything and after he wouldnt even look at me and the past week ive been just trying to make small talk and he'll talk to me and he gives me that look like " make it better please" but he doesnt act like that you know?..i want him back so bad i miss him soo much but i dont expect that i just want it to be the way it was before and ..
Thats the risk you take when dating a friend. Sometimes it works great and sometimes you loose the friend in a breakup. Is it that you really want him back or that you just didnt like seeing him with someone else?
Things probably will never go back to the way they where, after all you broke up with him for no reason. He has a right to be angry and hurt. If he dosent really want to talk to you than write him a note telling him exactly how you feel.
I really need advice. I'm so low in self esteem its crazy. I'm dating my bestfriend and im completely depressed. I love him SO much and he seems to be happy and he loves me too. But, I'm not happy. I get so jealous all the time, because he hangs out sometimes with his ex-girlfriend. Then i feel like i'll never compare to her, and i push away from him and put up this emotional wall. I'm not always unhappy, but im afraid of loosing him and thats when i get upset. Is there anything i can do, to stop getting jealous and start being more self confident? I also hang out with my ex too, and i know its not fair that i get mad when he does. Oh someone please help me!

Find things that make you feel good about yourself. An activity or etc that your good at. I dont think you confidence level has anything to do with your BF, it sounds like thats something you came into the realtionship with. Its normal to feel jelouse a bit here and there but try to remember, shes his ex for a reason and he chose you.
I'm a 20yr old female and my boyfriend is 21. To try to cut it short i've never met his parents but they hate me they tell him i'm using him and manipulating just every bad thing. We've been dating for almost 6 months we've been best friends for a little over a year we have everything in common but his parents they want us to break up it's his first serious relationhip and i just think that his parents are worried we want to fix the problem with his parents and i but we aren't sure how. another problem is he can't stand up to his parents thanks for your time please help!
Well I hate to be the one to tell you but sometimes things cant be fixed. Ive been married for 7 years and my inlaws still hate me. No particular reason, they just do. And my husband is very good at standing up to his mother.
Try for a bit but if you think they dislike you just because they think noone is good enough for you son you just have to accept it as much as it sucks. You cant make someone like you.

Its the feeling you get when the butterflys have worn off and you have seen them at their worst and still love them. When you think about your future it involves them. When you can feel their feelings and are sad when they are and happy when they are happy.
(15/f) whenever i am friends with a guy/or become friends with a guy i always seem to end up liking them or at least consider a crush. its like i cant just have a guy whos a friend that i dont end up liking. even guys that are just nice to me or smile at me, i just start to think about them all the time and maybe its because i've never had a real boyfriend so i jump to conclusions/get overly excited about a guy being nice. i dont know how to fix this becuase it causes me to like alot of guys but not like just crushes and i hate having to think about all these different people and decide who i actually lik and who i jus think are fun to flirt with. please help i want a guyfriend who i dont think about as a boyfriend!
Maybe you start likeing them because them showing interest in you is flattering. We are all like that, we like to have attention payed to us. Each time you start to like one of your guyfriends as more than a friend think to yourself why you are likeing him. If its just because he is giving you attention and may like you then tell yourself that and try to understand what you want in a boyfriend and what seperates them from just a malefriend. Hopefully it will help you.
Hi. 14f. I know this boy who seemed like he liked me. He lives an hour away though. He called me everyday, emailed me, and posted comments on myspace like "Omg youre so pretty!" or "I wish I could see you right now." And so we are getting along so well until he turns around and gets a girlfriend. I am so decieved. And now he wont even talk to me. What happend? I guess i am making a big deal out of it. Well at 14 boys are not very mature. Most of them do not understand the concept of a steady relationship and often bounce from one relationship to the next.
Or maybe it was the fact that he lived so far away from you.
Either way, just console yourself in the fact that you are young and there are plenty of other fish in the sea.

All girls are different but most depending on age like a guy with a sence of humor and one that can listen well and try his best to understand her feelings.
Dont worry you probably never will understand girl..my husband is 33 and he still dosent understand them..lol .. all you can do is try your best to.
OK my ex boyfriend calls me everyday to talk about his day. He slips in a sentence about me and him then he talks about his girlfriends. Yes that is plural. He has more than 1. He asks me to rate him on how hot he is on a scale from 1-10. I rate him a 7 and a half. He has a nice body but he's not niice to me when we date. This guy, does he still like me or not? I rate! Well once for valentines day I made scrap book for my husband. Each page had a different picture of us and a poem on it.
If your not a poet then find some poems on the net or have each page have a reason why you love him.
Such as each picture could have a little saying on it "I love you because.."
I met this guy on the internet and he's coming to pick me up in an hour or so. EVerything seems all right and my intuition tells me its a go but everyone always says to be careful so I thought I'd ask. Don't be too hasty to answer cuz I'm really for going.
I dont think its to good of an idea but I guess your mind is already made up so with that being said make sure to go to a public place with him just incase he ends up being a weirdo or if he would considder going on a double date with a friend and her guy just so its a bit safer.

my friend hooked up with this guy for the first time yesterday...he walked out of the room laughing 5 minutes after they went in and she locked herself in the bathroom...according to the guy...she didnt know how to french so he left her...is there anything i can tell her to make her feel better or any pointes i can give her...ive tried everything, but shes still devistated and i would like to know if theres anything else i can do....thanks!!!
Any guy who would dump a girl over something like that was only after one thing and that makes him so not worth her time. Just tell her that and that she can do much better.
Sorry its kinda long... My boyfriend and I get along really good but he thinks I have too many guy friends. I am pretty good looking *not to sound big headed, its just what people say* so he thinks that whenever I go spend time with him I will cheat on him. He doesn't trust me at all. Just the other weekend I went to see my guy friend I have known since I was born. He moved when we were 6 so I go visit him all the time. My b/f called me every 30 min. to make sure I wasn't cheating on him. He didn't even want me to wear a bathing suit infront of my frnd. Of course while I was there I didn't cheat on my boyfriend. Is there someway I can make him trust me with my guy friends?

Just tell him straight out. Ive known these guys longer than Ive known you..if I had wanted to date them I would have already so you have nothing to worry about.
