I've been in and out of the hospital since October and I've spent the past week and a 1/2 in the hospital, so I haven't seen my boyfriend very much. We were both invited to our friend's new years eve party and I might be home by then to go. The problem is my mom doesnt think its a good idea for me to go to someone elses house when I just got home from the hospital...
So my mom was like why can't BJ[my boyfriend] just come over to our house? so I asked him and he got all mad at me and was like "no I really want to go to this party, I didnt go last year" and he is making me feel like crap...
So should I just keep asking my mom and see how I feel on that day or just suck it up and stay home alone?

When trying to persuade someone, you need to think of all the reasons the other person could use to argue.
ex.) "You won't be well enough"
Your reply should be something like: "I'll take it easy and rest up until the big day, and then can we see how I feel then?
If she says no, you need to find out why and you can contact me.

so i really like this guy. and last semester he kinda said that he will go to a different school and then the other day he said that he have to stay. so school startet three days ago and the first day he was there. but the next two days he was'nt. and i dont know if he's coming back now or not cause next week my class is going to a camp for 1 week. and i'm really worried he's going to a different school now cause i really like him and the school is not the same without him. so what should i do? what do you think????

You should ask one of his good friends that would know if he moved or not, and if he did get his new number and call him to hang out. Wait until you've hung out a couple times before you ask him out thought.

Get a big group of friends to go to the mall or movies together. When you tell her, say just that. You won't be lying, so you won't feel guilty. Your boyfriend will just "happen" to be there.

I've dated this guy Mike, He was my first real boyfriend.In the start of our relationship, He was a totally sweet guy. after we dated for about 2years, I started to realize he wasen't "mr. amazing" for me. He started to addicted to drugs and started to get snobby with me. I broke it off, I'm a major drug-free person. I had to grow up in a drug filled family, I can't take having a boyfriend with those problems. After about 2months I met this guy Aaron He's a little older then me, He's got a good head on his shoulders. Not to mention he's amazingly sweet. He's currently my boyfriend, But I haven't told him about Mike, he's asked about past relationships I told him, they werent important. Some of feels like I'm not ready to move on. I havent seen Mike in about 5 months, why is taking so long to get over him? I have this really sweet guy, who's a great person who cares for me.

Whenever you break up with someone that did that kind of thing (drugs), it's hard to get over them because humans like the thrill of being with someone kind of wild. I still have the same feeling for my ex (somewhat) and I'm with someone else. It's really just a feeling of infatuation- it's not real at all. I wouldn't break up with Aaron if I were you, unless you're sure thats what you ABSOLUTELY want. (But it doesn't sound like that's the way it is)

If he knows you like him and he liked you back the same way, I think he would ask you out. You can still ask of course, though. He just might be shy and feel the same way you do about being rejected. I'd go ahead and ask him if I were you.

im m 17 and im going out with a girl who is 15 we have been going out 5 months 18 days now and we use to spend every minute we could together and we both say we love eachother alot (which i am sure i do) but recently shes been wanting more time with her friends but thats not wat bothers me, wat bothers me is that now even when i make plans with her, l8r on if her friends make plans with her shell jsut skip mine and her plans and jsut go off with her friends, ive talked to her about it last night and i believed everything was alright again she said she wanted to c me i said i wanted to c her so i told her not to make plans for sunday cause wed do something she said ok then she had to go so she said shed call me today(saturday), but it seems she didnt call me and she has gone off with her friends again, and she has plans with her friends tomorrow aswell totally making me feel insignificant compared to her friends like she has mostly this week. earlier on in the week i was talking to her and she could come up with anything to say all she said was "then y dont u just dump me, i dont want break up but if its really that bad then....?, i need to know is she leading me on?, is this a test?, she says she loves me still but how do i know shes telling the truth?, wat do i do? i love her so much but i dont know how much of this i can take, wat should i do? If she actually wanted to break up with you, she'd do it. Maybe something important is going on with her and her friends, but if it's not you really need to tell her that you don't like just being there when it's "convenient for her". If she doesn't seem to care, then you don't need her. you should dump her.

Just kind of give him a... "push", maybe like you hold his hand or give him a hug. Then see his reaction. If he seems offended, simply ask him why you can't show your affection.

I'm not sure, you could be in love but don't go off and run away together or have sex or anything. You should tell him you love him but don't say you want to spend the rest of you life with this guy, a lot could go wrong. Sorry to be so negative, but keep me updated with this whole thing!

When your around your boyfriend, pretend like he's your BFF not your BF. Act like you do around your friends, or at least try your hardest to act like that. You probably will not seem like the shy one after that.

I'm so sorry I didnt get to see this sooner! But if you haven't asked her out yet: Girls LOVE getting presents, if you DO but her something, make it simple. You haven't gotten serious yet. A red rose would be really nice, and she would LOVE it! Then take her out somewhere, like the movies or to the mall. She should be REALLY happy then! (sorry this took so long :(! )

This happened to me, too. I think that there are 2 answers:
1- He and his new GF have to break up sometime or other, if you just wait it out, or help it along the way :), then tell him how you feel. Or just tell him right now and if he says he won't break up with her then just ask him to not tell anyone and he will respect that.
2- (This happened to me and could happen to you) He and his new GF break up and you ask him out again and he says no. Then you stay friends but then you finally realise "What an asshole!" But if he says yes, then you're all good! :)

What does he do when other girls are around? Would he freak dance with them, or would he go find you? Depending on how he acts around those other girls could determine wether or not he likes you. If he is sweeter to you than he is to those other girls, then make a move!

I eventually kind of moved on but you NEED to find someone that has his new number, maybe like an old friend of his and then call him "just to talk" and keep talking. My friend Jackie asked my crush if him and i could ever be more than just friends and he said could be. I am seriously considering telling him how I feel on Valentines Day and then maybe giving him a peck on the lips. Is this a bad idea? I've liked him for a long time and I feel like I really need to tell him in person. So does anyone have any suggestions for me?

I think you should tell him how you feel on Valentine's Day but I think kissing on the lips on your first day is a little to fast. Just give him a peck on the cheek and that will probably be enough.

This might be a dumb question, but whenever my boyfriend gets mad about something, or when he is in a bad mood, he always takes it out on me, and he's just in a bad mood so it makes me in a bad mood, and i was just wondering what I should do about it, like is there something that i can do about it to not get so upset about it, or like tell him or anything? Whenever he's in a bad mood try to leave it alone for a couple minutes and if he doesn't stop taking it out on you, ask him if the problem has anything to do with you. if the answer is:
Yes: Ask him what his problem is and try to work it out.
No: Ask him why it should be taken out on you because it always puts you in a bad mood too. Just tell him the same thing you put on advicenators and he should understand

He could just be flirting with you, but maybe not. I don't think it matters if he's an older guy or not, I've dated plenty of older guys. (I'm not that old) But if he's taking it too fast for you I would let him know. If he won't stop then dump him. But first you have find out if he likes you! Just ask him if he does and he should be honest with you. Hope I helped!

I think you should have a friend ask him. Then he won't think you're weird but it will probably get the answer out of him. Do you have any guy friends that he's friends with? Guy friends will usually do better in this kind of situation.
