People have always told me using a stationary bike will work your butt muscles thus making your butt look bigger but now people are telling me stationary bike does nothing for your butt as it's just sitting there and if anything, your butt will get smaller.

Which one is true?

haha no. your butt will not get smaller!!
yes riding a stationary bike will work your butt because it's working your leg muscles all the way up to your butt. and it will work what it can.

how can i lose 5-10 inches off my waist in about a month with out pills? i have a membership to a gym and iv been trying to stick to my diet.

All i can say is you are genious for having a membership to a gym, your on the right track. Um.. you dont have to starve yourself of your fav. foods and be strict on yourself about your diet. Just eat right during the week and work out and then on the weekends you can eat you fav. foods (in small portions ).

Umm....i think you do have to be a certain age to buy diet pills. Im not 100% sure though ??? The cons of taking diet pills are it is extremly easy to gain all the weight back. And also it may not work. Diet pills are just a way for people to spend money on things that make them think that they'll lose weight, in actuality the real way to lose weight is to just simply exercise.

Its very possible to lose 9-10 lbs. by may 7th. You would have to lose anoub 2 lbs a week. Then you would have lost 12 lbs all together.

I am 14 years old, and I still swing on my swing set. I love to go outside and listen to my music while swinging, but I feel kind of dumb. I asked my mom and she said I didn't, I also asked my brother, who has never had a problem saying that I am weird, and he said that he is so use to seeing me out there. But I feel like the neighbors think I'm strange because I still swing. Do you think I'm a little too old to be swinging on the swing set?

no way! you are fine. i have a swing set in my back yard and i swing on it all the time! and im 14 also. its just something you love to do! and dont worry about what your neighbors think because chances are they dont even notice you! so you just keep doing your own thing and dont worry!

Yes, I'm on my period, but ususally I am so good about cravings, but now they're unavoidable! Could anyone please tell me how not stop, but give in to my cravings, without them being unhealthy? Chocolate...ugh...it's the worst. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

chocotate may be hard to fight cause its just soooooo good,but with all the other stuff, just keep your hands busy. i learned that keeping your hands busy takes your mind off of food! it might sound weird but it works!!!!! so try that and if it does not work sorry!!!

but it works for me though, so im sure that it will work for you.

I'm trying to lose fat in my thighs, bottom part of my legs, and the bottom part of my stomache. I'm not fat at all, like i weigh 110 and i'm 5' 3" so its normal but i just want to lose that access fat. So what are some ways I could do that? What excercises could I do? Thanks in advance!

Ok im female and 17 and i got the worst belly ever its like im having a baby not like really fat but like theres a pile of fat that sticks out and im really embarassed i feel im putting on more and more weight i used to be slim and now im all Fat!!!!! i won't let my bf touch my belly when i see him its like a fear!!! is there anything i can do please help. x x x many thanx

all you need to do is watch what you eat,exercise, and get plenty of sleep. i know you may be thinking "SLEEP, WHAT IS THAT GONNA DO?" well getting enough sleep means that you are dedicated to losing weight and in the morning you will have enough energy to get out there and exercise.so just follow these simple rules and watch your weight change!!!!
