Stationary Bike

Question Posted Wednesday February 6 2008, 12:43 pm

People have always told me using a stationary bike will work your butt muscles thus making your butt look bigger but now people are telling me stationary bike does nothing for your butt as it's just sitting there and if anything, your butt will get smaller.

Which one is true?

Listen man...or woman.

Going to the gym sucks. Its the ultimate form of depression.45 minutes a day 4 days a week.

That is fucking depresion man.

Biking is an excellent exercise.Buy yourself a bike and go on the mountains.Totally different feeling.

If you are a woman, try starting tennis lessons.
This will build a beautifull body.Though it might hurt your knees in the long run, so you should always warm up and take care and all.

haha no. your butt will not get smaller!!
yes riding a stationary bike will work your butt because it's working your leg muscles all the way up to your butt. and it will work what it can.
