Q: I looked for how to get a bigger butt on yahoo answers but it was a bunch of stupid answers and people making fun of the people that asked for help. So I am asking here cause my friedn says this site is way better than yahoo answers cause people really try to help you and not make fun of you. Can you help me get a bigger butt? Mine is really tiny-tiny and I look like a little boy because of that. :'(

Unfortunately genes are probably the only thing that could help that.
YOU could get butt implants but besides that nothing can 100% work.
Going to the gym (and telling the person that you want to work on/tone your butt) is a good idea, but there's no way it'll magically increase it.
You can, i'm assuming if you don't already, wear clothes that make your butt look bigger. Stretchy skinny jeans with a fitted top can help you do the trick.

Well actually it was a crime to wear anything near the belly button..but since the retro 70's 80's look is back...there isn't a problem. I've seen those couture models wearing skirts and pants high up the their sink (waist) and it loooks awesome!!!! However I don't think you should wear jeans higher than your belly button....dress pants (the cloth ones) look alright high, as I said for the retro style!

Well the gym I go to allows you to be at least 13. You're not going to be able to do alot of things but you'll be able to lose some weight

Slim fast will not work by itself. It's like a fat burner pill...it cannot work unless it works with prooper eating and combined with a workout schedule.
I duno when you will see results because it's up too how much you work out and stuff....slim fast actually is basically a drink that fills you up...soo you eat less meals and when u burn fat you burn more.
The best thing to do is drink at least 3 bottles of water and eat healthy combined with a 4-6 day workout prgram.
And eating your meals on time are needed

To tone up yoou can do stuff like yoga or tai chi! YOU can buy 2nd hand tapes or something and you can also do like push ups and crunches and stuf

Ok the way in losing weight is eating calories..but being able to burn them off. For instance you jog, run, lift weights do cardio etc...you can eat all your meals and healthily to lose the weight. If you are mildly active you can eat a healthy breakffast, a hearty lunch and probably skip dinner.
If you are going to skip dinner (which is probably the best meal out of all to skip) make sure you do your exercise between breakffast and lunch .
It based on your energy and active lifestyle and how physical you are and then you can say iff to skip dinner....make sure you eat healthy ffor breakfast n lunch though

Pilates and some yoga will do you good. Also use cocoa butter about 2-3 times daily and while you're working out. Also eat healthy and DON'T go on a diet because enuff iron will be needed to get breastmilk for the baby.

Q: Ok I kinda have a strange question, but I'm going to ask anyway. If you did butt excercises every day, would that make your butt get any bigger? Well I think it makes the butt firmer and yeah I guess it'll build up the butt muscles.
In the gym I go to there is this butt blaster : I duno what it does but you work out the legs and butt so I guess if u firm your butt by doin like stoops and stufff and then lessen the fat in ur legs it'll appear and be bigger

You are underweight. The average 5'4" person should be 128-135 lbs....u shuld try to gain a il bit of weight and tone up your apperance

the point is you can't lose more that about 4 lbs a week. Well 1 lb or 2 a day is not that good. Figure out if it's relly weight u wana lose...or tone up ur body.
Eat healthy n exercise. Don't eat too much jus eat healthy. Drink water not coke n eat less snacks....u'll lose it

I started like last year april...n trust me my mom had no idea. I asked my grandma and she was like "no it's a tiring job. you got to keep doin it and you're not ready blah blah blah. So I jus did it cause I was 13...I was in a higher class than I was supposed to be in and everyone there was 14-15 and they did it. My mom saw it first and she jus said...oh u shaved your legs and she told my grandma. Wen grandma asked me I said no and she never asked again....but you know the moral of this story is: "you have to understand and let her know what and why you are doin this"

You're too stressed...I gained 17 lbs because of the stress and it relly still stresses me out. Try TRY TRRRY to not worry urself bout it cause the more u do...you gain more so woop dee doo....it doh rely make sense to worry n gain more. Try some relaxin beach bathin...or takin a nice walk or run sunset or sunrise and go swimming. It relaxes you and makes you lose and tone ur bod a bit.

Q: Well lately my armpits have been getting SO sweaty. It's pretty cold where I am an i don't know why they're like that? And if they stay like that I don't know what I'm gonna do wearing tee's in the summer. So I have a couple questions:
Does shaving your pits help them not sweat as much?

Yes shaving does help. When you start shaving though wen the hair grows back it becomes itchy...so shave regularly. I use secret platinum..it doesn't only smell good but it works. And the aerosol for secret's really good 2!

Q: ok well i weight abotu 150 and i would liek to weight 110 or 115 or around there,but like i want to get flatter abs&thinner arms, so
i do 20 crunches on the ab lounge then like bring my arms to my chest like tarzan kinda 10 times each arm with a 4 pound weight then i do 20 more crunches and 10 things on each arm,and so on like 10 times, would that help my arms and stomach?
for my legs i do wall sits and im trying to run more but im really slow and i get out of breath easily.

Well I duno about the hands and stomach but I think your best bet for the legs are joining a gym or if you have the gym pack go the leg exercise. I duno how to explain it...it's these kinda sponge things that you lay down on the set and like cruch with your legs. It helps the butt...oh n tredmills are relly gud...you don't hve to go fast!
