Weight Loss Fast! I really need to lose atleast ten pounds or more in a short amount of time. Does anyone have any advice as to some ways i could go about doing that? Please write back!

the point is you can't lose more that about 4 lbs a week. Well 1 lb or 2 a day is not that good. Figure out if it's relly weight u wana lose...or tone up ur body.
Eat healthy n exercise. Don't eat too much jus eat healthy. Drink water not coke n eat less snacks....u'll lose it ]
simply exercise daily n drink alot of water.
cut back the amount of foods you eat.
dont eat/drink anything with alotta sugar and dont drink any sodas. my aunt lost 7 lbs in about 2 weeks just by not drinking sodas. so id try that

First off, you can't expect miracles in a couple of days. Ya gotta be patient. Every night do as many push - ups, curl - ups, etc. you can do. Try going to the gym twice a week, if you can. If not, jogging or any other excercise machine you might have will do just fine. Remember to eat healthy and watch your calories. :]
