ok well i weight abotu 150 and i would liek to weight 110 or 115 or around there, but like i want to get flatter abs&thinner arms, so
i do 20 crunches on the ab lounge then like bring my arms to my chest like tarzan kinda 10 times each arm with a 4 pound weight then i do 20 more crunches and 10 things on each arm,and so on like 10 times, would that help my arms and stomach?
for my legs i do wall sits and im trying to run more but im really slow and i get out of breath easily.
and if i run up and down stairs what would that help my legs or butt.
xomegaroni answered Sunday February 19 2006, 6:03 pm: i heard the ab louge works really well with the stomach & the weights would definately help with arms. you could also juss run on the tred mill until its warmer out. usually running helps the stomach/thighs/butt areas. start at a slow pace until your comfortable & slowly increase it over time. stairs work, but try getting an actual 'stair'. we had to do em in gym class & you definately feel the burn. here's a website-
also try watching how much you lose. if you lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, it could cause damage to your health & you'll probably eventually gain it all back. 150 to around 110 is a lot, so space out your timing so that you don't have any weight problems/health problems in the future.
