advice
every time i run the mile for P.E. i get these painful cramps while running and even if i stretch before running i still get cramps. what type of stretches should i use to prevent the cramps?
First of all, eat a banana before every run you do.Bananas are magic for energy. To relieve yourself of cramps, place one hand on of hips and stretch over, keeping your back striaght. It is hard to explain, so see this website- http://www.womensheartfoundation.org/content/Exercise/stretching_exercise.asp and see the stretch named -Stretches triceps, top of shoulders, waist. However, when doing this stretch, instead of having both arms above your head mantain the arm drawn as the left arm in the picture, but with the other arm rest your and on the hips. This stretch is guaranted to releive cramps. Hope I helped,

my skin sucks ass. its been about a year and a half with ance. My dermatologist hasnt made a single difference! not alloud 2 go on birth controll pills. and my dermatologist wont let me go on accutain!!!!! HHEEELLLPPPP.
P.S. my days are so much harder with acne..everyone around me has perfect skin...and if u say "it will go away soon.. or in a few years" ill kill u!! lol.
Try a different percription- proactive or whatever your dermatologist recomends. I am not an expert at medicine. However, I can recond precautions- when washing your face, never wash it with soap, only water. It would be better if you brought a facial cleanser. I can recomend clean and clear cleanser. Avoid touching your face, and NEVER EVER squeeze spots. This can cause scars that would remain there for possibly your whole life. If you wear make-up avoid wearing anything that could block your pores- i.e blusher, powder, e.c.t.
When you look at yourself in the mirror, try to see your face beyond the acne. Every morning when you see yourself in the mirror, complement yourself- say things like "You are beautiful" or simply "cool!". It really does make you feel more confident throughout the day and does wonders to your self esteem.
Hope I helped, send me a question if you need any more advice. Good luck,

to make your butt smaller i've heard that squats help.. what is a squat? please tell me what it is and how to do one thanks
Sqats are also called ski-sits, if you recognise that name. If not, you can do a squat by pretending you are sitting down on an imaginary chair. The slower you do them, the better they are for you. If you want to make your butt smaller, try doing lots of them. If you want to make your butt smaller really quickly, try holding a weight to your torso as you do them. If you choose to do this, it is very important to keep your back straight. Lots of luck!

what are crunches? and how do you do them
Crunches are sit-ups in still motion- to do them, get in sit-up position and raise your upper-body off the ground as you would do in a sit-up. Hold this for 30 seconds or longer if you want- the lower to the floor you hold your back, (without putting it on the floor!) the better it is for you. You can also do side crunches, which is the same except you face sideways. All crunches are great to lower your stomach region.Hope I helped,

ok well next year i want to do track or croscountry are there any ways i can get fast but not make my miscles really big on my legs lik ie lik run for so long lik that please help me ill rate high....thanks
Instead of doing weight workouts that make your muscles bigger, try strength workouts- like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, e.c.t. Running should not make the leg muscles grow huge either. DON'T DO WEIGHTS- THESE WILL DEFINITELY INCREASE MUSCLE SIZE. This way you will become stronger without muscles growing huge enough to notice without tensing. Try to eventualy work up to a timetable where you run at least 3 miles one day, work on speed one day (keep doing 30 second sprints)a hill sprint once a week (run at a strong pace up a steep long hill and jog slowly back down 10 times)and do an indoor strength workout once a week. For this I would reapeat 3 times a pattern of; 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 squats, 20 step-ups, 20 leg raises (lie on the floor with arms by side and raise legs an inch or two of the ground. Hold for 3 seconds then let down. If you don't feel it, you are not doing it right), 1 30 second crunch (hold a sit-up in still mo. for 30 secondsd), 2 30 second side-crunches (each side 1 crunch). This may sound like alot but I can fit in this and alot more in my week. If you cannot do everything here then make it easier (like instead of a three mile run try a 2 or 1 mile run)or drop something. If you do all this you will have SUCH a good chance of winning track events and c-c. As I said before UNLESS YOU ARE IN PERFECT FITTNESS AND AN EXPERIENCED RUNNER, YOU MUST WORK UP TO THIS TIMETABLE OTHERWISE YOU RISK INJURY. Hope I helped, sorry its so long,

P.S if you have any more fitness questions I'd be happy to answer them.
I weigh about 131 pounds and I'm 5'4 (I'm a female) I'm kinda curvy, but I would like to weigh around 115. Is this seriously a realistic weight? If so, how should I go about losing the weight in a healthy manner?
Yes, this is a realistic weight. To get it, try and aviod fried foods and exercise at least three times a week- hey-I go rowing four times a week, running 3 times a week and kickboxing 1ce a week and I feel great after every time, as if Iv'e really achived something. Exercise whenever you have any time spare. Join a sports club or gym. Buy a treadmill or whatever. Have fun, don't overdo it- go for it gal!!!:-)
