ok, i want to get into really good shape for the upcoming school year because i plan on working out hard over the course of the year. im trying to get my stomach to get really flat and its not working. i do sit ups every single day and i do a total of at least 4500 in a week. i stretch everyday too and i go on walks as often as possible, probably a few times a week. i swim twice or three times a week too but nothing seems to have any affect on my body. any advice? plz help! i rate high for any reasonable answer (link)
try running because its good cardio and from expierence it works. also try to eat at least three dairy things a day because recent studies show that having dairy in your diet can help reduce stomach fat. hope i helped. ~Kerri~

the southbeach diet is a low carb diet. it has different phases. the first phase you can't eat any carbs at all, no sugar, and no fruit. that lasts two weeks. then with all the other phases you gradually start adding things back in. there is a book you could buy or i think the website is southbeachdiet.com but you should google it 2 make sure. hope i helped. ~kerri~


If you are trying to lose weight (say, 15 pounds) what is the best way to exercise...should you do, say, 30-40 minutes of cardio a day? Or should you do cardio AND do strengthening and toning exercising...can someone give me a good schedule to help with weight lose and still tone (link)
you should do cardio @ every other day and on the days wen u dont do cardio you should do toning and strengthing.

try to not eat any sweets. only eat healthy food and good carbs (whole grain bread, wheat pasta). If you get hungry in between meals, eat fruit or veggies. for exersises, run! and for toning do yoga or pilates. hope i helped
