Sunshine answered Monday October 4 2004, 1:23 am: I thought about going on the South Beach diet, but after I read up on it I decided it was too complicated. I went on the Atkins diet instead. It's strict, but it's easier in a way because it gives you a specific list of acceptable foods. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months. If you're interested in the Atkins diet you can find all the info you need at Atkins.com. Good luck! [ Sunshine's advice column | Ask Sunshine A Question ]
