What would go with a green lacy dress?
Eg: accessories, footwear, tights?

I'd wear it for college so it has to be a dressed down loook

You could mix it up

Leggings, Flats with a large purse.

Drop earrings, metallic necklace

Boots, instead of flats

I petsonally would choose leggings over tights but that's just my taste. It's a bit hard to say exactly as I would need to see the dress.
