My dog looks like she has ring worm on her nose in just one spot. What creams or treatments can i get on my won with out taking her to vet? From like cvs or something? _(link)

Usually, over the counter medication is not good enough to treat a serious problem.

You must take your dog to the vet', and see what they say. They are medically trained, and are best suited for this. They can prescribe something. This is your *only* option.
