Well basically since I was 10 my nextdoor neighbour started harassing us. Not going to go into details but one major thing that happened was he hit my mums boss around the head with a hammer when she was at my house because he was making noise out his front and walked over hands behind back then hit her full force and she near died. Basically my nextdoor neighbour has been causing my family to fall apart from stress from him as he bangs on his walls which we can hear from our house, he tries to force himself into our house and because of him one time my dad and mum had an arguement and my dad went away n I thought he was gone but he came back a week later, what should I do? I'm scared my families gonna fall apart as the years go on? (link)

This seems to be an untenable situation for you family. The first, obvious question is "Have you called the police?". It doesn't sound like it, because surely he would be locked up for nearly killing your mothers boss? First thing you should do is to call the police, file a report, and press charges.
I don't understand why he wouldn't be locked up right now. Surely the boss would have pressed charges?
Secondly, Have you tried filing a restraining order? You can do this with the courts.
Finally, and this is an extreme resort, you could move house? It's unfortunate that you should have to move when you have not done anything wrong (or maybe you have, I don't know the full story), but you may have no choice.
Also, as a side note, is he causing any of your other neighbours problems? If a bunch of you decide to act in the court, they make take it more seriously and urgently.
Another side note, Have you tried speaking to him? He seems like an irrational person, but like I said, I don't know what the problem is.
One more option is, you could just contact a Lawyer and see what your options are? They will definitely be able to help you further. This isn't really simple, and so can't really be achieved via a quick google search, so maybe this is your best option. I know a lawyer may be expensive, but you need professional advice, and the price you pay may save you money in the future, in the event he does something even worse.

Well we have contacted the police several times but they said they need evidence and I thought the whole hammer situation was big enough evidence. We have been to court several times over him he's guilty and is allowed back to his house but if he does anything within two years he could go straight to jail. With him being found guilty I thought he wouldn't try anything else.. But he's threatening to kill my family now but unless we have evidence we can't do anything.. We have spoke to him but he seems to blame my family for everything and can't seem to get the point through his head. Its no other neighbours just us as the other side to him is a school. Thank you for your advice it has made me think:)
