why would you vote for a women president?
Because you agree with her beliefs, values, what she stands for and her plans for the country?
Gender should be irrelevant here. You should vote for who you think stands for what you believe in and will do the best job of leading the country.
I'm a young woman with strong feminist beliefs and I'm very interested in issues concerning women. But if given the choice between two candidates, one male, one female, I would vote for the one who I most aligned myself with politically, regardless of gender.

Thank you for your answer. I ask the question hoping to get good stuff for a paper I have to write for English class. Your answer was mature and I feel it was honest. I'm a male and I think a women president would be just what the US needs if she is qualitified for the job.
