Does the penis have to go in the vagina or can the sperm just get in from being put on the outside when he does his business? I am really worried!
It's not likely, but it's definitely possible. Just because it hasn't happened to the first person who answered your question, doesn't mean that it doesn't happen at all. It is likely though, so don't rule it out completely.
