about
I'm a mother of 2 boys who are 13 months apart. Talk about a handful. I'm a wife to the best husband I could have ever dreamed of.I'm one of the very blessed.
I have Bipolar 1 Disorder. I hate taking all these medications and always going to doctors appointments, but life is too short to let mental illness get the better of me.
Often times life is a challenge, and nobody knows that better than me. I wake up wondering if this is going to be a day my illness overpowers my meds, and either sends me flying like a bat out of hell, or leaves me laying on the couch like a wet dish rag.
Thank all that is good in the world that I have an excellent support system at home.
I'm one of the lucky ones.
I'm honest, and that can either be a perk or s flaw. Depends on how you choose to look at it.
I like to see it as a perk, because it's better to hear the truth than to be told candy coated bullshit.
advice
I'm 16 and like in cook county Illinois. In the last month I've gotten two speeding tickets. One was 58 in a 35, and the other was 48 in a 30. I have court October 3rd and 7th. Does anyone have any advice on how to fight these, or a smart way to go about handling these tickets.
Fight them? Not to sound rude but, you go and try to fight them, you'll look a fool. You could fight one that was maybe 3 mph over speed limit, not 18 mph over, and especially not 23 mph over.
So fighting them is not the smart idea.
The smart idea is take the fine the judge hands you. (You have to admit you earned them.).
The smartest thing you can do is SLOW DOWN.
30 mph and 35 mph posted speed limits are for a reason. Most likely because going faster puts people at risk of being run over in the road.
Be wise behind the wheel, OK?
I've made mistakes and been in car accidents. You don't want that, I promise. Speeding puts you at high risk of being in an accident.
