Okay, so I was wondering which one is better?
Paint or Photoshop?
Also, what is the difference?
And what is the best like type? Like PhotoShop Pro? Or whatever.
How much do they cost?
Thanks. Because I was planning on getting one or the other and I want one where I can sort of make like banners or layouts or like stuff (for buddy4u, if you've heard of it. That's what I need it for.)
Thanks! Peace, + Love!

Photoshop is a professional image editing software (Not that the only people who use it are professionals), and costs about $650-$1000 (Which may explain why it's so commonly pirated). The newest version is Photoshop CS3.
Paint, on the other hand, is free, comes bundled with Windows (You probably already have it), is really quite limited, and has been basically the same since the Windows 3.x days.
Having that said, in most cases photoshop would be the "better" choice, but for you, I wouldn't recommend shelling out $650+ to make some silly banner.
