Can quitting ciggeretes cause yu to skip yur period. cause i havent gotten mine yet (link)
|
It could because of the stress that comes with overcoming an addiction. Other than that, I don't see why it would.

How do I know I climxed? I dont really understand much. (link)

You will definitely be able to tell if you do. This is not something subtle. Your muscles contract and some people seem momentarily paralyzed. Also, your pupils dilate. It may feel like a huge rush.

So, I posted a question a few months ago when I was at 159 pounds, asking for help on weight loss. I am now at 135 pounds, which was my New Years' goal, but I feel like I can lose at least 10 more pounds! I was wondering what cardio and group workout classes are good for burning fat fast? I do a lot of spin classes, and occasionally pilates. (link)

First of all, congratulations on your accomplishment. In order to lose that last 10 pounds and keep the weight off, I would suggest that you walk or run and also that you start doing some weight training. I don't mean so that you make your muscles huge or anything, but maybe working with light weights (3 or 5 pounds) will be good for you. When you have more muscle, your body burns fat more easily.
Good luck and hope this helped.

okay so i just got out of a relationship and i still have feelings for the guy, but thats normal. he treated be badly and was a terrible bf. i keep daybreaming and thinking about what it would be like to have a good bf that i like alot and he lieks me and he treats me really good. i want to meet someone like that but i dont know how...is this normal? (link)

This is completely normal. I think that nearly all girls go through this at one point or another. This all relates to our biological desire to belong and feel wanted and needed. Don't worry; your time will come. Just be patient and have fun while you are still young.

I don't know if anything sexual is a necessarily a good idea for a birthday present. I think that you should do something nice for him, like cooking him a meal or something meaningful like that. After that, you could go somewhere nice nearby or something. As far as the sexual part goes, I think that you should do whatever you are ready for. Do not feel pressured just because it is his birthday. You have time to think about this.

I got my first Period on Jan.6
im 13 yrs old and not sexually active
I know periods are irregualr for the first couple years but its now March 1 and i haven't gotten it
Should i have gotten it by now? (link)

This is completely fine. When I got mine for the first time, I bled for about three months straight. You only need to be worried if it has been more than six months without it, and even that might not be a big deal since you just got it. Hope this helps. Oh, and if it does go more than six months, you should see your doctor.

Up until a few hours ago, I was living in Los Angelos, California, USA -- Population 16,000,000+. As of now, I live in Salinas, California -- agricultural capitol of the country, population 65,000ish.
As you all can probably imagine, this change doesn't exactly have me jumping for joy. Besides the obvious lifestyle changes this is going to force me to make, I'm leaving behind every friend I've ever known, and my girlfriend of over two years. In fact, the only thing I really have to look forward to here is a moderately well-paying (Considering my age/experince) job that I can't stand going to (Customer service for a company that distributes plastic bags to local vegetable growers. Ugh!!).
I plan on driving back every weekend (6 hour drive) to keep my relationship with my friends and girlfriend healthy, but I'm afraid it won't be enough, and with gas prices the way they are...
I guess I'm just asking for general tips to help cope, and any possible suggestions on ways to gether up enough money to move back quickly. I don't enjoy it here. Not one bit. (link)

It's going to be alright. You can make your way through this. You just have to figure out your long- and short-term goals and try to meet them as quickly as possible. You can fly down periodically, and everything will be alright, as the Killers say. That's actually what has gotten me through several stressful events in my life. I can let you borrow the CD.
