So, I posted a question a few months ago when I was at 159 pounds, asking for help on weight loss. I am now at 135 pounds, which was my New Years' goal, but I feel like I can lose at least 10 more pounds! I was wondering what cardio and group workout classes are good for burning fat fast? I do a lot of spin classes, and occasionally pilates.
