The last 10 pounds! So, I posted a question a few months ago when I was at 159 pounds, asking for help on weight loss. I am now at 135 pounds, which was my New Years' goal, but I feel like I can lose at least 10 more pounds! I was wondering what cardio and group workout classes are good for burning fat fast? I do a lot of spin classes, and occasionally pilates.

First of all, congratulations on your accomplishment. In order to lose that last 10 pounds and keep the weight off, I would suggest that you walk or run and also that you start doing some weight training. I don't mean so that you make your muscles huge or anything, but maybe working with light weights (3 or 5 pounds) will be good for you. When you have more muscle, your body burns fat more easily.
