Does having an orgasm delay your period. 14/f, I was supposed to get my period but i noticed whenever i masturbate a day or two before it it always delays itself. Is that normal and is it a health concern to delay it. It usually takes a week to come if I do that, but I did it again so now its like two weeks late and i did yesterday so it will probably be even more late. Is that normal. Will it cause any health concerns?
Orgasm and periods are unconnected, it's likely to just be a coincendence that your period is late when you masturbate.
During the teenage years, it's common for periods to be irregular and it really isn't dangerous for it to be a week or two late. As you get older, you'll probably become more regular but some women don't. It's not a problem and you don't need to be concerned about your health. Just appreciate the extra period-free time!
