♥[?]♥ right now my computer is broken. and i can only use my mom's blackberry to check my email until we get it fixed. well now the blackberry is having problems. like, when i try to surf the web, a box comes up that says, "a problem occured while trying to render the page." and then the site doesnt work. it's really starting to piss me off because now hardly any websites are working. we should be getting our computer fixed soon but, in the meantime, what do i do to fix the blackberry?! please help!!
thanks =DD
I run into this from time to time. I get the same message quite often, even when I am positive I am entering the site address correctly. What I usually do is enter in www.google.com, and then enter in the keyword there. When I do that, it almost never fails to come up properly. If even Google won't work, try entering the 'http' part of the address, but instead of a 'www', try 'wap.'. For example, 'wap.myspace.com', with the 'http' code infront. That always does it for me. If you are still having difficulties, double check your Internet is activated on your phone. You might know how to do this yourself, but if not, go to "OPTIONS" (the little wrench icon), "MOBILE NEWTORK", and then make sure "DATA SERVICES" is turned "On". If you still aren't having any luck, I would call Customer Service right away. If you have T-Mobile, you're in luck, because they seem to have the best Customer Service I have ever come upon. Goodluck with this, though. I imagine it's very frustrating.

(Rating: 5) thanks so much, this actually helped !
