Mackenzie answered Saturday August 16 2008, 11:48 pm: I run into this from time to time. I get the same message quite often, even when I am positive I am entering the site address correctly. What I usually do is enter in www.google.com, and then enter in the keyword there. When I do that, it almost never fails to come up properly. If even Google won't work, try entering the 'http' part of the address, but instead of a 'www', try 'wap.'. For example, 'wap.myspace.com', with the 'http' code infront. That always does it for me. If you are still having difficulties, double check your Internet is activated on your phone. You might know how to do this yourself, but if not, go to "OPTIONS" (the little wrench icon), "MOBILE NEWTORK", and then make sure "DATA SERVICES" is turned "On". If you still aren't having any luck, I would call Customer Service right away. If you have T-Mobile, you're in luck, because they seem to have the best Customer Service I have ever come upon. Goodluck with this, though. I imagine it's very frustrating. [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]

Its not going to let you on all the sites. Or you might have to see if you have the latest version. If not you will have to update it. But otherwise keep in mind that a blackberry isnt a computer so your limited to the site you can go on or get in. [ abitsarcastic26's advice column | Ask abitsarcastic26 A Question ]
